What does your daily routine include (and what do you avoid) ?

Habits create destiny. So, how do your habits look like?

Not only Roosh, but also other PUAs and dating coaches agree that self-improvement is an essential part for success with women.
Self-improvement activities are often associated with reading books, doing exercises, learning a skill (e.g. musical instruments, martial arts, cooking etc), starting a business and so on.
However, there is a finite amount of time in a day.
What if you are planing to read 1 book every week, go to a piano class 2 days a week, do weight lifting 3 days a week, go to a dance class 2 days a week, try a new recipe food every diner, and start an online business after work?
Chances are you'll end up being mediocre at all of those activities.

Let's make a thread where we can share our daily routines and habits

One man said that, if you have too many interests, pick 5 most important things and avoid the rest of them at all cost.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgH3b-LY1uc
Another man said that if you want to be great at something, you should focus on only one thing.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MnFd34zXbY8

It might not be easy for some of you to narrow down interests, because there are so many intriguing activities in the world.
So, I'd like to make a thread which is dedicated to sharing what we should do in our free time.

In my case...
My free time consists of the following things.
To do's
Weight training (4 days a week),
creating web sites (4-8 hours a week),
studying math (1 hour every day),
learning English (1 hour every day)

I'm a Japanese man who moved to Australia (You might know me if you've seen this thread... thread-59372.html).
My job is a programmer, so I spend some of my free time in developing my own web site and studying math.
Also, I still need to improve my English. (I got a uni degree and full time job here, so I want to believe that my English is good for a non-native speaker, though.)
I'd like to try a new language right now for my next trip, but it's what I want to do rather than what I SHOULD do.

Not to do's
Face book and watching porn lol

Recently, I spent 2 weeks in Eastern Europe to meet cute girls. Travelling itself wasn't that bad, but I couldn't achieve the main goal.
I have to admit something. I thought being an foreigner would give me a novelty there, which in turn would somehow help me to attract women there.
This is a big mistake which Roosh has warned us of several times in his blog.
So, I decided to reconsider my daily routine.

In this thread, I'd like you to share with us the following things.

What to do
Why you do this
How often you do this
and, if you can,
What Not to do

What does your daily routine include (and what do you avoid) ?

To do -

- drink juice made from a juicer. Monday through Friday this is usually a bunch of kale and spinach, maybe mixed with flaxseed or chia seeds, and maybe carrots. Weekdays, I juice up blackberries, cranberries (good for fighting dementia), blueberries, raspberries, and plums
- walk a lot, while listening to podcasts to learn new things
- sleep on the floor (hard floor) to fix my back. Sleep in darkness (as little light as possible)
- journal for 20 minutes each morning
- bright light therapy, wake up at the same time each morning
- meal planning/bulk meal preparation. I make lunches for the week on Sundays - a lot of peasant food. Nutritious, delicious meals using fresh ingredients and whole foods. Fish stew. Chicken curry. Slow-cooked fish tacos and guacamole.

Not to do -

- no Internet at home, except on weekends. I use Cold Turkey and set time periods in which the Internet is blocked. It's only on 9am to 6pm each day
- don't rush things. I remind myself to do things one at a time. Focus on what's most pressing first, then move on to something else after you're finished. If you get interrupted, take care of whatever came up, then calmly get back to what you were doing. Stress fucks with your skin and your back (it does for me, anyway), so staying calm is a way to stay beautiful and young
- sitting. I stand whenever I can, even if I could sit, for example when using public transport

Get up at 5am
Move around (morning cardio/push-ups/stretching and foam roll)
Drink 1L of water
Make coffee
Cook meals for the day, eat breakfast
Take supplements
Read about what's occurred overnight/futures markets
Write whatever I feel like
Read mantras and vision of my perfect day

Then I start my day; place trades and go to the gym around 8am
Cold shower and dress for success afterward

Before I go to bed, I'll lay out my clothes, grind my coffee, thaw my food and plan what my day will hold tomorrow.

Get your body moving and mind active in the morning, it stops you from being tired. I've made a point to not look at my phone in bed, because if I do, I'll lie there for an hour reading random shit. That is one thing I need to work on.

It's tough to narrow down because everyone has such a different life and routine. But this is the best general list I can come up with for the average guy. I left out any money making opportunites or jobs because everyone has a wildly different career or wealth building path.

-Plan your day the night before (write everything down).
-Follow that plan.
-Work out.
-Eat clean.
-Read, study, or learn languages. Constantly expand your mind.
-Minimize or eliminate simple carb/sugar/junk food/drug/alcohol intake.
-Build healthy relationships with women, friends, and family.

Here's a semi-related thread with a bunch of good advice.

That's totally related to this topic. Thank you for sharing it.

I'm happy to know that I'm not alone and to see other guys who are positive about improving their lives.
