Habits create destiny. So, how do your habits look like?
Not only Roosh, but also other PUAs and dating coaches agree that self-improvement is an essential part for success with women.
Self-improvement activities are often associated with reading books, doing exercises, learning a skill (e.g. musical instruments, martial arts, cooking etc), starting a business and so on.
However, there is a finite amount of time in a day.
What if you are planing to read 1 book every week, go to a piano class 2 days a week, do weight lifting 3 days a week, go to a dance class 2 days a week, try a new recipe food every diner, and start an online business after work?
Chances are you'll end up being mediocre at all of those activities.
Let's make a thread where we can share our daily routines and habits
One man said that, if you have too many interests, pick 5 most important things and avoid the rest of them at all cost.

Another man said that if you want to be great at something, you should focus on only one thing.

It might not be easy for some of you to narrow down interests, because there are so many intriguing activities in the world.
So, I'd like to make a thread which is dedicated to sharing what we should do in our free time.
In my case...
My free time consists of the following things.
To do's
Weight training (4 days a week),
creating web sites (4-8 hours a week),
studying math (1 hour every day),
learning English (1 hour every day)
I'm a Japanese man who moved to Australia (You might know me if you've seen this thread... thread-59372.html).
My job is a programmer, so I spend some of my free time in developing my own web site and studying math.
Also, I still need to improve my English. (I got a uni degree and full time job here, so I want to believe that my English is good for a non-native speaker, though.)
I'd like to try a new language right now for my next trip, but it's what I want to do rather than what I SHOULD do.
Not to do's
Face book and watching porn lol
Recently, I spent 2 weeks in Eastern Europe to meet cute girls. Travelling itself wasn't that bad, but I couldn't achieve the main goal.
I have to admit something. I thought being an foreigner would give me a novelty there, which in turn would somehow help me to attract women there.
This is a big mistake which Roosh has warned us of several times in his blog.
So, I decided to reconsider my daily routine.
In this thread, I'd like you to share with us the following things.
What to do
Why you do this
How often you do this
and, if you can,
What Not to do
