We already know the university system has problems. This thread is not about that. It is for those men who have chosen to work in academia. I’m curious how many sleeper academics we have on this board.

Obviously you don’t need to mention details. We know it’s a small world.

But becoming aware of each other is the first step to changing the culture from the inside. Hopefully we can use this thread to exchange useful information, and support each other on the rise to power.

The first step is to gauge interest. Let me know if you’re working in academia.

I'm not currently working in academia but I have spent a lot of time there completing a PhD and still maintain professional affiliations with universities.

The best way to promote a fair agenda and to combat Unfair social justice is to support it with empirical evidence. For those who are in academic positions in the fields of social
scieces and economics, there is plenty of grant money on gender, social and cultural issues. Use this grant money to investigate and empirically support our positions. Publish these findings, present them at conferences to further your career and support these positions. This grant money is often allocated to support the SJW agenda but you can use it to support our positions as long as you can reasonably justify your area of research.

I work in academia but in cancer research, so there really isn't much discussion of politics, culture wars, or the "softer" sciences. In other words, there isn't much opportunity to be stealthy.

You can get by just fine in academia by only ever talking about research. Completely normal and in character.

Like every office setting there is a ton of gossip and people will learn quickly to ask you about research topics and not other things. This is somewhat prestigious.

If you must make small talk, stick to sports, television, and family. Interesting non-research tier developments in your field are also acceptable (e.g. "so and so is building a new research center").

If you want to see real change as a sleeper agent do what the hippies did in the sixties: work your way up the ladder until you are in charge. Hire people who agree with your principles. Push out those who don't. Judging by them it will take about thirty years.

Alternatively: make your own fortune and found your own research institute.

While I won't be doing any research in academia, I will be starting at a private city college doing IT work. Is there anyone like me who work for a university in a non-research or academic level? If so, any insight would be helpful. It's been well over a decade since I've had to set foot on college campus.

I had a part-time position in a university.

I found I got along well with people by bringing cake. Someone on this forum made a thread mentioning donuts, that's even better.

The head of the department believed that men and women were inherently different, and would often laughingly point out gender differences in approaches to task. Plus, he was pretty alpha. He set the tone for the department, I didn't feel like I had to be overly PC. I just had to be polite, smile, and bring cake.

I am in academia: STEM. But not at prof/tenure level.

There are plenty of red pill men in STEM. Most just roll their eyes at the university antics, and voice their opinions privately.

There is also a bit of a conflict with the fact that grant money is usually publicly funded.

I'm a STEM postdoc at a large US university. As a European, I have a little more freedom to stray from the beaten path of political correctness which I use to tease my closer colleagues about their more dogmatic views

I work in academia as a tenured prof. in the social sciences. Some of my research supports the the arguments of the left, but some of it contradicts leftist arguments. I consider myself an empiricist so this is perhaps not surprising.

Currently doing an MA in something similar to Political Science, and am considering doing a PhD in a pussy paradise (probably Thailand). I also work at my uni part-time.

The volume of feminists and faux-Marxists is horrendous.
