Good article on the coming Dem debates. The debates are huge because in the primaries they have to play to their base. The more nutjobs they let into the debates, the less a candidate like Biden can pretend he's centrist. You are going to have the nut jobs asking Biden why he didn't implement a UBI and grab guns when we was Veep, which puts him in a box where he either goes on the record in favor of grabbing guns in the future to win the primary or upholding 2A rights and risk losing the primary. Just look at how well Comrade Bernie did with a Marxist platform.

Right now, 17 candidates have qualified for the debates, but that number could increase.

When Biden ran for president in the past, he would make a statement how he went to college on a full academic scholarship. (he didn't)

Or how he actually was in the top half of his class academically in college(he was at the bottom) and forced to suspend his campaign. He just isn't that bright. He is literally the equivalent of Dan Quayle on the left.

In 1987 he ran for president and had got busted for plagerism: he basically copied and delivered a speech from a British politician and delivered it as his own, and got found out and had to give up his campaign for president.

Why would he suddenly become a great and viable candidate in 2020 after floundering around like a moron in his previous campaigns? Because he is a former vice president? So is Dan Quayle.

I guess the best case scenario for Biden: he speaks the working man's dialect and maybe people in swing states like Pennsylvania and Michigan and Wisconsin would have an easier time relating to him and voting for him than Sanders, Warren, Buttigieg, Harris? I guess? I'm not really sure about his appeal? He has name recognition. People know who he is. That may give him and Sanders an edge, but he could easily make some sort of series of idiotic statements and is forced to stop running.


He is running again for 2020, and is basically the same Biden but more senile and much older than his previous attempts.


Given that the fix is basically in, and that companies like google, facebook are going all in to make sure they do everything they can to ensure the democrat candidate wins, Biden could easily win and be another Obama. But he likely will be too old to run in 2024

Yeah this is correct I think. The 538 endorsement primary revealed this in 2016. Basically, endorsements were an overwhelming for Hillary from the beginning and never budged. This is why it wasn't hard to predict the DNC sabotaging Bernie's campaign. Biden doesn't even have a majority of current endorsements, with hundreds of endorsements not yet announced.
