So at the moment we have 3 votes for Budapest and 2 for Reykjavik.
I'm quite surprised by the Reykjavik votes. Please let me know why I should consider Iceland or even Budapest.

Why don't you broaden your horizons a bit. You live in the UK and all of these (except Beijing) are an 30£ easyjet flight away.

Yeah, but visiting for a few days is not the same as spending there the whole year.
OP, based on your preferences, I'd choose Wroclaw:
Cost of living - much cheaper than the UK
Girls - fitter than UK girls, still fairly easy
Travel opportunities - You can easily travel by bus or train to Budapest, Vienna, Warsaw, Berlin etc
Career opportunities - Plenty of big firms have offices in Wroclaw and Poland in general (Google, IBM etc)
Budapest is also a safe bet although I'm not sure how well Hungary would be for career prospects.

Here's how I'd evaluate the options you gave based on where I've been. I personally studied abroad in Madrid, and highly recommend it, however Spanish girls aren't the easiest in the world. You can close tourists and au pairs quite easily there however. Budapest would be a great option for everything you stated as requirements as well.
I can't judge employment, really dependent on what you do and what languages you know.

If you are willing to sacrifice your health, Beijing ticks all of your boxes. But i don't think you'd be able to get away with everything with just English.
Also, why not Singapore/Hong Kong? If you have blond hair it's an easy in for a lot of your requirements

Actually there are only 2 options to choose from:
1.) Europe - everywhere more or less the same (I'm generalizing a lot)
2.) China - something really different

Another one I'm considering is Chile. There are partner universities in Santiago and Valparaiso.
Chile looks like it'd be a great place to study. The scenery is incredible in that part of the world and i love the food!

Hit up Bulgaria. Bulgaria will grant you access to its coast especially Varna and the resorts south of Sunny Beach not to mention other Balkan countries like Romania, Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro. Did I mention the winter resorts as well.
You will thank me afterwards.
