Budva Summer 2016

Australia if i knew of such a place i would be living in it. I love beach cities.

For year round good weather in europe youre restricted to tenerife and the canari islands. I dont know what theyre like in winter but theres a lot of retirees there so i doubt it would be lively. You do get tourists in summer and around holidays though.

I imagine the best beach city in europe would have to be barcelona but its missing a few criterias fron your list.

Montenegrin girls have nice bodies but most are total butterfaces.

Any recommendations for a beach-side town/city in Europe for a 12 month stay? I mean a place that is cheap, has hot feminine girls that are obtainable, and has good beaches and nice weather?

Barcelona is the only place that ticks all your boxes, except probably being cheap. Not that it is very expensive if you avoid the tourist traps.

Interesting about Montenegrin girls. Here I was thinking they look basically identical to Serbian girls. I have not been to Serbia but the Serb and mixed Serb girls I met in other countries were pretty hot. I have not met any Montenegrin girls yet.

Montenegro is a small place with Just 2-3 main places to go for summer in the beach.

Budva and Kotor are good for gaming serbian and russian girls there . Both of them can get wild there and not difficult to bang.
In the south it is the city of Ulqin, which is great buy it is mostly Albanian controlled and their center there . It is mostly family oriented and not a good place for gaming even though you can compensate with the easy going western women that are there for some weeks.

As for "montenegrin" girls they seemed closer to Kosovar Albanian girls to me, with the difference the the after mentioned Albanian chicks had wider hips and asses with softer faces.

I was thinking of heading there (Budva) - I am a (educated) British guy with some experience of travelling in central and eastern Europe.

Is it full of families/guys this year?

Thanks

What are some better alternative to Budva during summertime, in the same area? perhaps Split? Dubrovnik? (Considering that places packed with 18-year old kids are out of the equation, such as Cyprus and most greek islands)

To answer your actual question: no, Montenegrin girls are not all that from what I've seen in Budva and Podgorica. It's also a small, mountainous country with small-country attitudes, if you know what I mean. All attractive women in Budva are Russians, most Serbs are clique-ish groups from Belgrade or other Serbian cities and they don't even send their best talent.

Beaches are underwhelming too, to say the least. Overall Montenergo is like a rundown, poorer version of Croatia with worse beaches, worse parties and terrible customer service.

This description is spot on.

I'm in Budva for 4 days already. So far this is really one of the worst places for game I ever encountered.

General observations:
One of the only positive things is the nice mountain view and ok climate.
Beaches are too rocky and water are super cold, even though it's summer.
The city is loaded with families, couples, and mixed boys-girl groups. Very hard to spot decent potential prospects.
Food is terrible. Even in the restaurants that are highly rated on trip advisor. In other countries these places wouldn't last even one month.
About 90% of the people who's job involves interacting with tourist (waitresses, club/bar employees, stores, etc), have very poor customer service skills. Something in this new country feels like it's still under experiment.

Nightgame:
In general the night scene is a major cockfest. about 70-80% men in any type of place. What's worse is that the majority of the women who fall within the other 20-30%, would almost always be part of mixed groups, which is a no-go.
Almost every spot (bar or club) would have these little rounded tables within every few feet, where these mixed groups will be seated. people don't really tend to walk away from these tables, so the social dynamics are very low.
Many Serbian/MG men are quite heavy-set, so you'd probably have to think at least twice whether to approach a girl or not (lot of computing power), as most chances she's with someone, or in a mixed group.
Receptiveness of local women (whether from Montenegro or Serbian tourist, no difference as far I understand) is close to an absolute zero. This probably applies to day-game as well. I tried hitting the 7 scale and above. The local women who do look attractive would usually have this kind of a slutty look (heavy make up, high heels, cleavage), which comes up with a stuck-up attitude, and a very non-welcoming face gestures. Anyway these women are almost guaranteed to be belong to some local social circle (seat at their own table with other guys), which means they are no more than just an ornament - nothing to work with.
Hordes of Italians almost everywhere, I'd say 70% are guys, and other 30% are girls who are part of mixed groups as well.

Night Spots:

Bars:

Old town (till 1 am):
Jeff/Greco - Cockfest, most women seem to be local.
Casper - Also a cockfest, here there are more tourists, majority isn't attractive though.
Didn't notice any other place in old-town that has decent traffic.
Didn't try slovenska bars, they look too cliche

Clubs:

Sparta - A really cliche club, too loud, annoying security, tourist cockfest.

Trocadero - Club with local ethnic music, so mostly local / Serbs, almost no single women that came by their self (what's wrong with this country?). Walk inside and you'd feel like a total alien. I guess it's like a dude from China would enter an American country-music club in Texas.

Top Hill - About 5 min taxi ride away, Club with mostly outdated house and techno music, again, a cock-fest, loaded with Italian tourists, almost no local girls. in each of the two times I went I'd say there were about only 5 single decent looking girls who didn't belong to some mixed group.
Not sure there's any other club around here.

Russian girls - during night I didn't spot enough of them, I don't think too many of them tend to go out much at night.
The ones I did spot are more receptive compared to local ones, but if you're after Russian girls you might as well just head to Russian countries, right? I do suppose they might get wilder here, but I just don't see enough of them at night.

Online game - Almost non existent.
This is quite a mystery, local girl's don't seem to be using any of the popular online dating apps that I know of. Met few Russians off tinder.

Day Game:
I went to several beaches, and again, too many families or mixed groups. Instead of simply relaxing at the beach, you'd have to walk your ass off if you want to try and find potential prospects, therefore I didn't really tried. I was also pretty tired from night game so during day I'm more in relax mode. Considering the poor night experience, maybe I should do the opposite.
didn't try beach clubs yet.

To sum it up, a big disappointment. The only question is what should I do next? I suppose there isn't any other place in MG with "better" nightlife. Summer is about to end and I feel there's no point to keep wasting any more time here. Question is, would Croatian beach spots such as Split, or a main city such as Belgrade would have the same poor vibe when it comes to potential prospects and dynamics, or would it get significantly better? If yes, then why?

Glad you liked my description, ha.

To answer your question, I can't say anything about Croatia really because I didn't grow up there and all the times I went was as a teenager. It's a Western tourist destination, so don't expect any edginess that you might get in Montenegro or Black Sea resorts. Tourism is big business there, so your experience will be very similar to what you get in Italy/Spain/Greece with a few local peculiarities sprinkled in between. Can't really comment on the social dynamics, according to my very limited experience there you'll probably have no big issues swooping non-local tourists but any actual Croatians will be in mixed groups and hence hail marys. Think about it this way: if you were two hot Croatian girls, would Split really be the destination to have some fun and do "whatever happens in X stays in X"? Probably not.

Montenegro apart from Budva and Kotor is pointless for going out and swooping girls. To make it a bit broader and address a point I've seen in other threads:

Any European beach resort should be avoided in August.

Why?

Because most of them are gonna be overrun by guys (mostly Italians) and the vibe is already going down instead of up in August. I've noticed this in Budva, I've noticed it in Ayia Napa, hell I've even caught onto that when I was still playing pocket snooker and traveling with my parents. Absolutely avoid going to the major tourist spots in August if you want to swoop girls, it's a very poor ROI on your time and money.

As for Belgrade:

Belgrade is nice for going out but imo vastly overrated. I've spent over a week there and didn't do any damage. Anything you might read on the threads will be 80/20 due to "right place, right time" syndrome instead of game. I am saying this because I have a couple of friends with extensive knowledge and connections in the local scene. You are simply not going to roll in and start swooping 8s and better and she's proudly gonna show you off to her social circle because you're the cool foreigner that she's met. Absolutely not gonna happen, Belgrade is very small when it comes to nightlife and dating.

That said, if you DO happen to know people who can show you around then you ABSOLUTELY have a shot at cute and much better girls. After all you got introduced and just happened to be there and you're quite handsome and well-traveled after all. I know I would be killing it if I went with my friends to their spots in Belgrade but that's not high up on the priority list.

Then again, if you're content with running up and down Knez Mihailova and approaching dozens of girls to swoop maybe one or two, then by all means go for it. With enough work you're bound to see some success, it's just not my idea of making good use of my time.

Budva isnt that bad. Yes this year ratiod are worse, russians are way less and mixed groups of serbs are way more (as confirmed by a tourism agent there), but its still a decent place for those who dont want the teenage party destinations

Im in mamaia now and its been 10x worse than budva.

I met some decent girls this year in budva too. They took a couple of dates and some work but i enjoyed the process and am used to it.

In mamaia ive only hooked one very average girl so far and havent had any notable progresd with any other.

I figured out why the balkans and southern Europe as a whole are said to be tougher than the rest of Europe and why many guys on the forum ,especially guys who are less outgoing and don't like adding hot air to conversations tend not to like staying there.

In Serbia guys go out in groups of 5+ like in Italy which is fucking gay. People litter on the streets ,girls have thunder thighs, are too tall and large builds. But yes, its a social circle oriented culture, in general there's a north south divide with an individualistic
North and collectivist south. I prefer cold northerners in Oslo and Kiev who are more civic minded and individualistic vs Serbs and Italians who are nice but impossible to deal with lots of the time and are overly emotional.

Chop off ten IQ points though and you will kill it. Southern Europeans ,Balkan peoples and especially Serbs are very friendly kind people ,but if you have a disdain for plebeian culture it's a bad fit for more than a week or two.

Things I loved about Budva:

-No Starbucks.
-No McDonald's.
-Barely any Trace of western mainstream culture.
-Not much hip hop & R&B, mostly dance and local music.
-friendly girls. Didn't get hostile vibes.
-Hardly any Anglo tourists, literally didn't see any.

Don't know about you guys but I really did feel like I was very far away from the globalised garbage that you get in Greece & Spain and it was refreshing.

Anyone know somewhere similar in Europe? Minus Romania.
