Well, she did sign a contract to let him make whatever he wanted on her back.

However, she was drunk when she signed the contract so the judge might run she didn't have proper volition to agree to the terms.

This actually could end up being an important case, and set an interesting precedent. While she did sign a consent form that allowed him certain discretion, she did so with the intent of having a scene from Narnia tattooed on her back, not ANY scene he felt like tattooing on her. The discretion comes in in terms of HOW he depicted the Narnia scene. I'm guessing this consent form is very general, without specific language as to what he was putting on her back. Her being drunk probably won't factor in, since she wouldn't have been able to see what he was doing on her back anyway. This shit is funny, but the judge SHOULD find for her. Now she'll have to sit down again with another artist and hope he can work his magic and turn that pile of shit into something presentable, and maybe try to turn those flies into butterflies or something...HA HA!
