Brazil place to go?

Guys,

Heavily travelled guy, 43, heading to Brazil on business. I want to arrive 3-5 days early and explore. I really like beaches and wanted some feedback on places 3ish hours from SP. I work with a brazillain girl who wants me to meet some friends of hers, but id like to get feedback here and fall back on that if it works out.

Also, will be in Ribeirao Preto. Anyone been? Chicks?

I'm fluent in English and Very good in Spanish, which both suck for this country. Any tips for a guy in this situation?

Thanks!

Never been to Ribeirão Preto. But that's like São Paulo state, so it won't be horrible (although I don't know about ratios)

The biggest problem you will have is with english. Most people do not speak english, and if they do is like "I speak english. The book is on the table."

If you want beaches cities from SP you can go to Santos.
[Image: 00152_TADEU%2520NASCIMENTO%2520%2520SANT...3DEGiOUzXr]

It's a beach city in the São Paulo state.

Now if you mean 3 hours by plane from SP, than you can also count Rio de Janeiro on that list.

I don't know if 3-5 days is enough to "explore", but ONS is not unheard of (it's not so socially acceptable as it is in the USA, but girls will have sex with you if they like you).

Being foreign in Brazil is definetely a plus, but girls here are really crazy about blonde and blue/green eyes guys (german dudes, scandinavian guys, american blondes will really kill). Being older here is not a very good thing, as girls that are younger don't want to go out with guys that are like 15-20 years older. I think guys that are 30 dating 20 is socially acceptabl here. That could be totally different for foreign dudes that are blonde, blue/green... but that could be a thing only for locals more than anything.

The thing is that girls that have money will be less impressed by your foreigner status while poor girls will be VERY impressed. It also helps that most girls dream of some day living in the USA or anywhere in europe really.

The good news is that if you come from a social circle your chances increase a lot. The other good news is that there is TONS of girls in Brazil.

Ribeirão has 500k people. Santos is bigger.

What I don't like about São Paulo is that is not a very safe area. Most cities on that state are not very safe. Too much unemployment, a lot of people coming from everywhere to "live the dream", slums and stuff.

Walking alone at night in quiet area is completely crazy. So be safe.

Marin,

Thanks for the reply. I have some inner circles to fall back on, and my light hair and blue eyes. Language is going to get me, but we shall see.

I would like some besch time, and if the chicks fall in place, all the better.

Thanks for the insight.

No worries.

Seems like you'll do very well.

You'll just have to play the "find a english speaking girl" when you're not around with your social circle there.

Have fun and enjoy. Brazillian girls are quite naughty in bed.

Santos is great but i heared from alota people that it is dangerous. Definitly alot more dangerous than the affluent neighourboods in SP city.

Santos is a big city I'm sure there is safer areas. I haven't been to the beaches there... but when I went to the port there, I thought the city had this "poor" vibe about it.

But as I said São Paulo state in general is pretty dangerous, more dangerous then most parts in Brazil.

Rio de Janeiro it's a better bet. Just take a plane and go there, the plane ticket will be around $60 round-trip from São Paulo.

Affluent neighourboods anywhere are always safer. Where I live in Brasilia, the area where my parents live is an affluent area, so it's way safer than most other areas in the city.

In Brazil you learn is all about keeping yourself in safe areas. Don't be a crazy tourist and try to visit the parties in the slums to get the poor girls, you're putting yourself in an incredible huge risk (a lot of foreigners think it's super cool and different to visit the slums. And when they end up being raped, mugged... the fun is over. Not even cops go alone inside the slums, cause they are afraid of it....)

Go to the normal middle class parties in normal places, it's more expensive, but the risk of getting mugged is way lower.

Go to Brazil if your look is clearly blonde and Nordic European, being simply blonde is not enough. There will be very little exotic factor for just being a foreigner from some cool country. Avoid Rio if women is the attraction for you, i can't say for other cities/states but Rio has been under severe degradation over several years. Very poor night life, increase in bitch shields, severe lowering of quality of girls, increase in sausage fests, severe increase in feminism and public homosexuality.

Just about everyone I know who's gone to Brazil either strictly stayed within more touristy areas, affluent areas and didn't go out after dark or, they got mugged.

Most of them were experienced global travelers.

If you know locals that's a great help but going at it alone and getting a feel for where you should and should not go carries legit risk.

I stayed there around 40 days in Brazil during World Cup in 2014. I liked Porto Alegre most.

There are good looking dudes with that distinct Nordic look that have a tough time in Brazil too...at least in more prominent "go to" cities.

Interesting part about Rio there too. I'd agree with that based on the chicks I know down there. However, there are ways around that & that's likely interacting with Brazilian women from other parts of the country there too.

I don't know exactly what is happening all i know it is degenerating to everyone, i talked to a nordic looking forum member who also noticed the deterioration from 2017 to 2018. It is really that fast. And its been going for several years already, Rio used to be a lot of fun, there was no reason reason to not come(Well, it is really a violent city as people say.). Not so much fun nowadays. For the specific case of tourists another factor is that there is also a big increase in international tourism here, places i used to go did not see one foreign tourist ever or just very few rarely. Now almost always it has some, and usually they have this kind of look that women here like, Nordic or Irish or something in this line. Places that already were frequented by tourists are now getting over run by them. In other words a lot more competition for themselves and trivialization. It also happens on social and flirt networks, the women you are talking to is likely talking to several other foreign men.

There are always female tourists from other parts of the country around here. Typically they look great and used to have much better behavior and to be much nicer than local women but it degenerated too, they are coming here for long stays or for work and end behaving like everyone else in Rio.

The go to cities have been Rio, São Paulo and Florianópolis. There are a lot of other cities to explore. Virtually any capital, in some cases even small and medium cities, are good enough. The rule when it comes to women is the more to the North you go the less European Brazil gets, more dark skinned women. The more to the South the more white women.

What is the visa situation like for Americans to get into Brazil?

When I am in Uruguay I wanna head up to South Brazil and check things out. Is it a visa you can get at the border or one you gotta apply for at a embassy?

When I was in Cali Colombia I dated a Brazilian girl for a few weeks.... she was something special

They now offer a two year e visa with a 90 day max per year.

I have the old 10 year visa that I paid about 400 for after using a visa company and shipping. I’m sure they still offer it.

Brazilian asses aren’t as good as Colombian asses. Hit me up when you arrive.

Cr33pin you want to get your Visa Brasilera before you leave the US. The Brasilian visa can be a pain, but its a pain I wish I would have knocked out before immigrating to Uruguay. Starting a business in Brasil is a pain as a foreigner.

Chuy's a good place for land crossings from Uruguay to Brasil. Iguazu is a great place where Southern South America all melts together. December is the month Brasil come to Uruguay.

As far as language goes, Portuñol is a thing. It's like Spanish but pronounced the way my lazy midwestern tongue wants to do it. For me every conversation's Portuñol is different and makes a great filter for interested girls.

Can anyone currently in Rio give some feedback on the situation there?
I was there 3 years ago but some girls are telling me it is way more dangerous now.
I have asked in the Rio thread with no luck:
thread-67625...pid1833103

I have a thing for brasilian girls, they are warm and passionate, sometimes too much drama but I do feel alive with them. Dealing with women both in London and Paris for the last 2 years feels like shit...

Whats a quick run down on South Brazil... I hear the North and South are vastly different. My lease is up here in Montevideo next month and South Brazil is looking like a strong next venture. During my 3 year world tour two of the top three girls I vibed with were Brazilian an they also happen to be the only Brazil girls I have experience with (the third girl was Canadian and I met in Lviv.... oddly enough) I've also spoken with other well traveled men who agree that there is something special about Brazilian women an the way they make you feel... most agree its kind of hard to put into words but there is something unique about them. Anyone have similar experiences like this?

Yes, I am now addicted to them and all other women taste like shit, I’m not even kidding.

The problem is the ones you’ll meet in the west get quickly acclimated to the western cuntish attitudes, better to go to the source. They respect your manhood, hearing them talking is an enchantment, you can make a porno movie with them then kiss them tenderly and sleep like baby....I love them.

The best Latin women I've seen so far are in Belo Horizonte, Brazill. Don't know so much about other Brazilian cities, but will definitely check it out in the future. After having been to Brazil it's almost impossible to go back to place like Peru or Mexico. Even Colombia is boring in comparison.

Brazil place to go?

My 2 cents:

In Brazil I'd reccomend Manaus, I just did a mini data sheet on it (below), it's got some strange things going on there culturally but nothing that can't be overcome, you can notch a lot of hot bangs with hard work and eat some amazing food and if you love nature, tons to do:
thread-72871...ght=brazil

Rio has become very westernized and segregated, I lived there for 1 month in Feb of this year and studied at PUC-Rio, the university there, there is simply no foreigner value unless you go after the poorer chicks and logistics and inseguranca will prevent you from getting those bangs.

BH (Belo Horizonte) is sort of like the Medellin of Brazil- tons of young girls, good logistics and organization, and also technology and convenience of a western city- When I first got there I absolutely loved it, it seemed like a gaming paradise...but my results didn't speak to that...the big problem there is that the girls are unneccesarily conservative and there's a huge inseguranca factor there -out of 30 leads, even the ones that proactively messaged me I could only get 2 out, most cancelled even though they had nothing to do. And out of the 2 I got out, both could only see me during the daytime, i got one back to my place, a single mom, who still refused to bang me after amazing rapport, using freeze-outs and all to battle with LMR, the other had half a beer and claimed she was drunk and had to go home. BH is the only city I've ever visited where I could not notch at least 1 bang during a 1 week period and what was weird is just how much the girls liked me but still wouldn't bang. Also, just an FYI-skin color is important in BH-it's very white and very segregated-it will feel like the U.S. in the 80's in terms of what is accepted socially-interracial dating and so on, so just be prepared for that if it's applicable to you.

Brazil place to go?

Hey man, I quickly replied to your post in the Manaus thread, but as you made simultaneous posts in different threads regarding Brazil in general, I´ll go a little bit deeper in this thread.

Long story short: It seems you didn´t have reasonable expectations about gaming and girls in Brazil.

Reading your posts, it seems you invested mainly in online gaming and expected that being a western foreigner would be an advantage. Those are the WORST ideas/concepts someone can have regarding game in Brazil. Breaking it down:

1) Online gaming: The worst way to bang Brazilians. Some factors:

* It´s considered “beta”: Brazilian girls are basically attracted by looks and “alpha male” attitude. Those are KEY to understand what they want. They love guys that take risks and are not afraid of rejection. And they consider that online gaming is somehow “beta”. In their minds, is like “if this guy is approaching me online is because he don´t have balls to do it face-to-face”. A girl may chat and eventually end banging a guy she knew online, but she´ll never be as interested and horny as if she knew him in a face-to-face situation. I know it´s a huge contradiction, as Brazilian girls are indeed addicted to social media, but that´s something that you need to deal with.

* Lose momentum: Something that is very important to understand is that ONS situations in Brazil are 99% momentum. Brazilian girls are straightforward and if she´s horny in a bar or in a party, she´ll be easily convinced to bang, even if she knew the guy a few minutes before. In the other hand, they respond terribly to slowly building of rapport. And that´s a HUGE handicap of online gaming. Chatting a lot with a girl before knowing her in person is the recipe to flakiness and loss of interest. That´s why too much pipelining to a bang trip is the worst thing to do. If you want to online game, do it in a few days of advance, don´t let the chatting go too deep, keep some mystery and try to set a date in person asap.

* Unsafe: Violent society with high rates of murder and rape makes Brazilian girls VERY afraid of meeting guys they don´t know in person. There´s a long way between chatting and going out in a date. It´s actually funny: Girls here think it´s less risky going for a ONS in a love motel with a guy she knew in a club a few minutes before than going out for a coffee with a guy she has been chatting for several days or weeks (but never knew in person).

2) Gringo factor: As I already mentioned a lot in the forum, there´s no such “gringo factor” in Brazil. I saw you posting that it “had eroded”, but it actually never existed. It´s probably a myth created by the sexualized image of carnival and girls in tiny bikinis that was always “sold” to foreign tourists. Some factors:

* Negative stereotypes: For several years, single foreigners visiting Brazil were either “hardcore” sexual tourists – old fat divorced man chasing drugs and underage P4P – or stinky backpackers. Even though nowadays there are more high value guys visiting Brazil and a bigger expat community, those stereotypes are still there and play STRONGLY against you.

* Personality and gaming style: Girls here like man street smart and with a tough “bad boy” attitude. That´s not the case of most tourists that come here… Being too friendly and too naive will cockblock you. And also, game style here is VERY particular. Too slow, will be considered a moron. Too fast, an asshole. It´s very difficult to calibrate it: Have to be aggressive, funny, nasty, have high-energy, make compliments… You need to mix a little bit of everything, I already explained that in other threads. And the problem is that girls are very reactive to gaming style. Even if you are very handsome and managed to get the attention of a girl, a wrong way of approaching or not managing to build momentum may lead to immediate loss of interest. So that´s another handicap of being foreigner.

* They don´t chase the “western dream”: Most of the girls in the country are capable of affording an at least “comfortable” lifestyle. Even in poor areas most of them have cellphones, cable TV, and go out partying in the weekends. And are also very attached to family and fired. Even though having shitty jobs or don´t having money to travel and do other stuff, they are used to it and aren´t desperately trying to leave the country. So, gringo chasing or gold digging is not in our culture as strong as it is in Colombia or SEA, for example. Of course there are always some gold digger interested in marrying an old fat rich gringo, but not in a scale to put gringos in a pedestal in general.

And all I said above regarding online gaming and gringo factor have ALWAYS been like that, it´s not something new. Although I´m Brazilian, I know foreign guys that live or come here in a regular basis for at least 15 years, and they always had to deal with that particularities. Actually, one of the main mistakes I see here in the forum regarding Brazil is trying to compare gaming here with gaming in Colombia, DR or SEA… I understand that in such countries the simple fact of being gringo is a huge bonus and massively pipelining online is the best strategy, you don´t even have to game face-to-face to bang a lot. But here is totally different, and always have been.
