Sprung on the Schwinn's new Airdyne Pro. $1k I wish I would of looked at the Air Assult fan bike first to compare quality. These days it seems like you have to spend money to avoid junk (like the other lesser models)

I've been considering getting one of these since my gym doesn't have them. Is there any particular reason you bought one new instead of a used one off of Craigslist?
none were available in my area...and I wanted something that is of good quality, and that can be used for 10+yrs.
