Quick help from the English dudes.
I would spend few days on midweek in this area and wondered which city of the 3 would be good in terms of going out, girls etc.
Note, I will be in midweek.

No experience of Leeds, but currently live in Sheffield and visit Manchester often.

Sheffield is good for a cheap night out, it's a big student city so there's plenty of things to do for a night out, depending on whether you fancy pubs, clubs or bars. The girls are reasonably attractive, and you'll have no problems pulling if you have decent game. Be aware though, as there's a ton of students, you may struggle finding anyone other than students on a night out there. Places like carver street are slightly more expensive, and seem to attract less students than other areas, whilst still being a good night out.

Manchester is fantastic for a night out. Everything is a lot more spaced out from each other, as opposed to Sheffield, where everywhere is within walking distance, but there is plenty more to choose from. The most popular area is the Northern Quarter - lots of bars and clubs. Drinks are pricier than Sheffield, but still nowhere near London prices. Good mix of locals and students (Manchester is another huge student city), and quality of women tend to be higher/easier here, and in Manchester in general. If you're looking for something nicer, the higher-end clientele head towards spinningfields, where there are some nice bars. Pricey, but the quality of women there is high. I've only been to spinningfields a couple of times so have no experience with how easy they are, but they look like your typical girls who'd respond well to asshole game.

EDIT: Just notice you said midweek. Would definitely recommend Manchester in that case, Sheffield is poor for midweek nights out unless you do Wednesday (which is when the two university sports teams go out)

I'm from the US but had an amazing time in Leeds when I ended up there for two nights. Met some great people, they don't get as many people passing through so people were excited to show me around.

Haven't been to Manchester or Sheffield but I would pass on Nottingham unless it's to see the castle/ye olde trip to Jerusalem

I'd agree with CrashBangWallop, Manchester was the city with best quality girls out of all the cities i've been to in UK.
I recommend you hang around Piccadilly Gardens and Market street for day game, and hit the bars and clubs in the night.
Leeds is also above average imo. Although I didn't spend too much time in Leeds, I've seen pretty girls on the streets.
No experience in Sheffield..
