The title says it all.
I am not sure any of you heard about Beer-Sheva. You have probably heard about Tel-Aviv and Jerusalem. yes, you can definitely have great time hunting in Tel-Aviv for chicks who like foreigners and most chances you will get your share. However, i do strongly recommend the next time you visit Israel to consider spending time in Beer-Sheva.
Let me elaborate.
We Israelies young men and women usually finish the army at the age of 20/21. After saving money and going on a trip abroad, we come back home and start thinking seriously about our next steps. the middle class usually will decide to go to University, and here is the turning point at my story.
We have a choice between haifa, jerusalem, tel aviv and Beer Sheva. all of these have universities. and guess what? during the last years Ben Gurion University Of The Negev has proclaimed itself as the most sociable partiable uni of all. this is the reason a lot of Israelies choose to study there. the students created a special unique environment by opening clubs/pubs near the vacinity of the university. there isn't a day in the weekend that doesn't have a party of some sort. sunday, monday and tuesday have salsa nights. wednesday we go to "Barraka" which is a big club where all the students go to. and basically all the other dance bars/pubs are opened and visited by students sunday-saturday. a few names are: Einstein, the coca bar, black and white, the rosa.
house parties are numerous and its just about knowing a person who can get you to the RSPVs by facebook.
There are some exchange students here obviously but believe me that Israel chicks rarely see foreigners in the clubs/pubs. this is a point needed an emphasize. if in Tel-Aviv chances are that the girl has seen and talked to a foreigner in the past month, Girls in Beer Sheva although had seen a foreigner probably didnt talk to one for a long time.
FACT: YOU WILL GET A LOT OF ATTENTION HERE!
the train from tel aviv to Beer-Sheva north/uni is only 1:50 hours and costs 3x shekels one way (less than 10$). accommodations wise you have hotels in Beer-Sheva although i would recommend couchsurfing in the students's apartments as they are 5 min walk from uni and could probably get you the scoop of the nightlife.
good luck
