Toronto mayor is a huge attention whore.

What the fuck is he doing tweeting shit about Meek Mill and Drake?

The people of Toronto aren't paying you to get involved in weak rap beefs.

Get back to work, asshole.

I'm having flashbacks to my high school days, where 20-something social workers would come to school to pretend to be our peers by plying us with yo-yo tricks before giving us the inevitable pep talk on how dudes and dudettes like us were too 'rad' and 'gnarly' to ever need to smoke cigarettes / take drugs / have premarital sex / listen to heaven metal. They were just like us! They weren't in any way awkward and embarrassing to be around! They were totally facing the same issues we were, every day!

As bad as the 80's were, it was worse in the 70's. Then they had beards and acoustic guitars. *shudder*

Scratch that. This is more like watching your Dad trying to rap.

Did anyone see Hilary Clinton's desperate selfie with Kim and Kayne? I suspect if I handed her a yo-yo, she could do an awesome 'Around the world' with it.

Who knows but that woman has got to be starting to get burnt out. She's carrying 90% of the opposition social media on her own. She's been tweeting about every 5 min for almost a week. She's really been the one to carry the sword from montreal to toronto while the rest of the montreal leaders were local and seem to have gone back to bed now that roosh 'isn't in their backyard' anymore.

Danny did you notice Ezra retweeting all those people calling out that @norm guy about the Roosh shit? Looks like he's onto it...

I did not notice until I saw your post and checked this morning. Interesting. Between the emails and Gavin McInnes, Levant may have noticed. I'll be watching The Rebel Media closely over the next couple of days. Levant is so emphatically pro free speech no matter who is doing the speaking that I hope this gets him going.

EDIT: link to Levant's Twitter on the subject: https://twitter.com/ezralevant/status/63...0330043392

He is retweeting other posts as well.

If you check out the current list of confirmed attendees on their new Facebook page for their Toronto event, you'll find a few familiar names, including Vlad Vorontosov and the infamous Ms. Nix -- think they'll actually make the trek to the Big Smoke?
Maybe they can catch a ride in the RVF minivan [Image: lol.gif]

I am new here (and waited until the dust settled to make a first post).. I am blown away by the fact that they have nothing better to do with their life. They'd rather spend the weekend reassuring themselves that "consent is good" (in other news: the sky is blue) than be with their kids. I'm sure they will say that they are educating them on the important issue of avoiding bearded guys (they obviously are rapists), but how about actual things that may happen to them like heart attacks (eating healthy seems to be less of a priority than chasing rapists), or watching both sides before crossing the road.

Just watched the CTV segment. Holy shit.

If they called Roosh 'Osama bin Hitler-Stalin" I don't think they could have been any more inflammatory.

Montreal is going to be nothing compared to this week. Get ready gents.

^ Key admission from the councillor in the CTV vid (2:23) - there is nothing the City can do on a legal basis to keep the lecture from occurring.

Otherwise I don't care to comment on the piece..

It amazes me how the lie, that Roosh wants to legalize rape, is never fact checked and just continues.

I just had a chance to view the video.

My impression is that every one of the people in the video are wavering in their belief of what they are reporting. They seemed nervous and unsure of themselves. I think that all of them know this is not a correct representation of what Roosh has written, but they do not want to stand up to the SJWs and tell them that they are insane radicals. I think they are hoping that 'it all goes away' and are confused by the support Roosh has been getting. If Roosh was not getting any support, then I think they would be 'ok' with the virtual lynch mob going after him.

If Roosh really was everything they were saying about him, all of them would have and communicate a feeling of outrage that he was in the country. Instead, it is almost like they are nervous and do not know what to do.

I also noticed that it ran in three segments, which I find incredible. A small lecture, that will only be attended by a few hundred people at most, and they devote minutes of national news time to it.

I also noticed how the piece is written 'accused of promoting rape'. Not that he actually does, he is 'accused' of this. (by the SJWs) And since the SJWs do 'accuse' him of promoting rape, that makes the reporting of the story ok in their view.

"This is not censorship" - **block him from renting a space for his speech, having people shut him down, every effort to find him**

Yes, this IS censorship.

That council member could give a shit less, and is only on TV because of a bunch of angry tweets.

These people saying he's promoting is hilariously short sighted.

"His real name" - yeah we fucking get it his last name is hard to pronounce, jesus christ lol.

The fact this is on national news means:

-More exposure.
-Exposes how bad the SJW's failed.
-Clear bias without studying anything.

Brace yourselves gentlemen - Toronto is the beach head and D-Day is Saturday.

I am unconvinced that there will be a "Battle of Toronto". Quebec is French so it may be harder for Roosh's ideas to be understood. The idea that he supports rape may fly if English is not your first language. But it won't fly in Toronto.

The usual blowhards are saying Roosh is bad but they can't really say why. The worst I can hear is he is a pick up artist and this is somehow bad.

Trust me, this is simply free advertising. Women will hate it. But men can sit right beside their wives watching the news advertise how to pick up women. "Yes dear, he is bad. What's that website again?"

Think "Ashley Madison". This is the dumbest move by the Left that I have ever seen.

At this point the media in Toronto has run away with "he advocates for legal rape". It has got nothing to do with a language barrier. It's in the papers, on the news and politicians are regurgitating this shit at the behest of PR people and/or don't care to find the facts.

The Star which is one of the biggest newspapers said the Montreal event was cancelled and were referring to the troll posts by our members saying how the event has been canceled. There's a protest lined up for Saturday as well.

The idiots likely to behave in anti-social ways are not going to be hindered by a superior command of English.

These people believe what they want to.

A few years I personally observed how they behaved when a speaker far less controversial than Roosh came to town.

The overlords of these losers simply select a couple of out-of-context quotes and absolutely nobody in the "activist" crowd does any of their own reading. I'm not confident that they are capable of reading.

I think she means Cheri DiNovo who is a provincial politician. Looks like they're trying to line her up as the featured speaker at the rally.

I haven't seen this mentioned before but it seems to me that the Mayors are breaching Roosh's fundamental rights by trying to stop his speech from going forward. Section 2 of the Charter says:

2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms:
(a) freedom of conscience and religion;
(b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;
© freedom of peaceful assembly; and
(d) freedom of association.

The government (whether Federal, provincial or city) should not be actively trying to stop a speech that is in no way illegal or encouraging any crime.

We should start cataloging every statement made by every political member of government.
