Cities That "Money Talks"

Being a dude from the Midwest, I never could quite grasp the talk of money and women. I knew there were some golddiggers out there, but not really from where I'm from. I never really associated the value of having money with getting better girls.
Recent life experiences and travels have re-wired my brain. I'm beginning to realize the true value of money with regards to women and game. Some cities and countries are tailor-made to ball out. Other cities are perfectly manageable with a bit of "broke nigga" game.
Don't turn this shit into a "Money vs. Game" argument. That shit is played out. Also, don't tell me everywhere is better with money. That's not exactly true. You can score models in Managua, Nicaragua living like a bum, as long as you look gringo.
I want to know cities where your quality will noticeably jump if you have a sick apartment with a rooftop pool, versus living in a well-located studio. Panama City, Panama is a city where I don't think you would notice a huge jump due to upgrading your apartment.
I'll start with on example...
In Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic - you pussy level will skyrocket if you have an apartment with a sick pool.
Cities like Miami are clear cut examples, but what other cities have you found this to be the case?

A good looking guy, with game, living in upper Manhattan would have the world at his feet.
If he didn't work himself to death trying to pay rent.

I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around your question.
Miami and Atlanta are stripper culture cities. So appearing to be wealthy can grease the rails.
The best Asian, Indian and international type chicks are typically wealthy and educated themselves. So pulling up in a new BMW is par for the course. You find yourself hugged up on some Persian, hit her place and there's gold everywhere.
Austin doesn't have that culture. San Antonio doesn't either. El Paso is full of narco money, but they usually have homegrown talent.
Phoenix and Scottsdale are full of the daughters of the one percent, so the appeal of a centrally located spot is the fact that it is in fact centrally located. You might get some love on the lake, but that's few and far between.
San Diego, as far as I could tell was pretty sleepy, so pulling that top tier couldn't be done with a cool car and a chill pad.
Los Angeles, the sort of money required for a great pad in a great hood with requisite clothes and car is beyond the means of most. Top .1% of the top 1%. There's plenty of talent, but the real currency is being in the main industry.
San Francisco is awash with money, but the pickings are slim. Seattle and Portland also have the same problem. Things that money buys are not that appealing when every guy is playing the same game.
I can't speak for Chicago, but Ohio and all the places I've been in the Midwest, practically anyone with a real job can live in the city center.
Headed back to the east coast, the nicest houses are in the farthest places. The cool pads in the party neighborhoods are expensive, but not outlandish. It's more convenient than a draw.
Can't speak on Boston, but the apartment with a private roof deck in NYC is the equivalent of having a pool. That's attainable if you're doing okay in finance, but the big dogs are on another level. It's truly unfathomable how much money is in that city.
Unless you focus on hood spots, it's hard to attract based on sheer bling factor. A nice spot in a big city helps you to go out more, and makes the transition back to your place easier, and once she sees what you got she wants a round 2.
But in terms of the initial pull, the words indoor Jacuzzi don't drop panties.
I haven't heard good things about using bling game in major cities outside of Miami to be honest. Hong Kong, Tokyo and London either a different scale of money or different cultural expectations.
On the other end, dudes talking about south east Asia where a chick might fuck you to sleep in air conditioning.

Every town which attracts a high amount of 9s. They flock to the gold and the exciting lifestyle naturally. Does not mean that you cannot score without it, but it certainly helps more than in low-tier cities. Those women are not moving across to country from Minneapolis to LA in order to fuck the same guys.

You'll still need a social circle which is key to success. Getting a baller apartment is all good and dandy but if you don't have the connections who cares.
What networks do you think you can leverage with that kind of money?

London - having your own pad is huge.
Montreal - having a full time job.
Toronto - centrally located Condo, preferably a name building like Trump Towers or Shangra-la.

Although it's difficult for me to think of a qualifying city, rudebwoy brings up a good point that each city has its own quirks as to what sets a G apart. In NYC for example, having logistics on lock is paramount (having a pad close to wherever you are, with or without roommates). I can see having a full-time job being key in Montreal, and also Portland, OR, where everyone is homeless. (Yes, everyone.)
Regarding money as the paramount attribute for getting snatch - I think that you have to distinguish between roughly wealthy cities and roughly broke/destitute/poor cities. Everyone reading this thread is a baller in Addis Abbaba, or Havana, or Phnom Penh. We can save up for a month and be able to rent out a centrally located bachelor pad in any of those places and anywhere of similar wealth. My game is not even that great but I could probably get a fair amount of action if I went to those cities and put in solid work, partly because I would be staying at a nice hotel and wearing nice clothes that the locals would not be able to afford.
It's more complicated than that though because girls in those places would also be attracted to the way that I carry myself, a certain swagger that the locals do not possess. And other such things.
I can't think of any city that I've visited where money was the paramount game attribute but if guessing, I'd imagine that money talks in certain Middle Eastern cities like Beirut and Dubai.

To rent your own pad in Zone 1 London will likely cost more per annum than most people take home as a salary. That is 100% of the average professional pre-tax salary going straight to rent still wouldn't cut it.
Your own flat will seriously open doors to social circle and girls
