I've watched one of Roosh's videos about shampoo.

I haven't been using shampoo or conditioner for a month, after he inspired me to do some research myself. The trouble is that my hair without conditioner becomes really rough and tangles start to form.

It's really annoying as I don't usually like doing much to my hair but without detangling every two or three days it just starts to become a huge mess. I haven't found a good solution- so tangled hair just seems like an inevitability for me. Does anyone have any good ways to stop hair from tangling, or any recommendations for natural conditioner?
