Yes, clubs in cities with skewed male:female ratios at night venues do it. In Lisbon or Warsaw I know first hand that it is done. In Ukraine or Russia as the ratios are balanced, that does not happen.

It does happen in Russia as well. I went to south of Russia this spring and banged a model who admitted that she used to go to certain clubs, and got payed 2000 rubles per night, which is something like 40$. She also lived with a girlfriend who did the same. They are encouraged to make men buy them drinks.
It is even a normal thing for club owners to post offers like this in model agencies as I understand.
Hald an hour after I met this girl, she asked me to buy her a drink, I just blatantly said "no" and left the club 10 minutes later. Called her the next day and we hooked up. Apparantly me not buying her a drink was a turn on for her.

I disagree with DistantLight about the #NoThirstyDudes Partying. Its more like #GetPaidWeekdays.

The shtick is creating an illusion of a nightclub of a few men surrounded by hordes of hot women. This attracts the crowd that will drop 5k+ on bottles. The irony is that all the dudes are working there, and the girls are cattle following their promoters.

I totally agree about the restaurant bartering. I have this one spot in Hwood that is a smokeshow for girls. I have it locked down harder than a super-max jail. I know EVERYBODY there. I'm usually decked out in nice threads... so sometimes people think I manage or work @ the place. HA!

This is the night game equivalent of the online dating hustle (show fake hot girls, get guys to pay, profit). I'd even wager there's a day game equivalent out there in the world. Imagine a city like Toronto paying hot girls just to walk the streets, so guys wouldn't leave and take their tax revenues elsewhere! Your suspicions are right on point Phoenix. I can only comment on Japan as it's the scene that I know somewhat well.

Female models in Japan get paid to go to the clubs. Ever wondered why the Russian models in Tokyo clubs were so damn unfriendly? They aren't there to meet people. There's your answer. Girl I was seeing for a while would get 4,000 yen (around 40 bucks) plus drinks and food just to turn up for a couple of hours. Might sound like small money but it adds up and all they are doing is drinking. Male models get free drinks as far as I remember, but lots of clubs have cut that out as the guys tend to abuse it.

Then there are the non-model hot chicks you see standing there with their phones all night. In some clubs they are there to get the dancefloor going. Those girls get free drinks, but usually no cash. I dated a Japanese girl like this who loved all the perceived status she got from it.

He looks good, and is comped more by the club, for having brought hot girls, and there need to be girls at the table to provide incentive for his male clients (the dudes who actually buy the bottles) to keep spending. "Spending" generally means paying $600+ for a Ciroc bottle that costs $30 at the local CVS, so the club is basically printing money at this moment. And it may not have actually been in vain; we all know girls slut out, and I'm sure plenty of them went back to different hotel rooms, whether with the guys from their table, or other guys at the club who actually have game. This really depends on the "connection" points...

In hospitality ANYTHING can be "free" given the right connections, this is why I always tell people to actually "be social" because you never know who will end up enhancing your social life as a byproduct.

Anything you hear as "upgrades" is essentially shit that can be given free because the higher the realm in terms of luxury, is the bigger the profit margin. Vegas clubs are cash cows thanks to the "general population" which is why EVERY connector dude I know who goes to vegas does it up FREE.

Me personally, although I by no means consciously did this... (I really should've)
- Had access to many restaurants where I could literally walk in, order food/drinks, and pay a tip (Knew owners, managers, or partners)

- While clubbing at any moment I could go to the VIP Host, Manager, or SOMETIMES even the doorman asking them to give me a table for my crew (This mainly stemmed from the fact that everyone knew I only rolled with girls AND also because if I'm partying then the room was 100% guaranteed to have some "good atmospheric energy")

- Came across "men" willing to spend money on girls, drugs, clubs, restaurants and anything that had to do with logistics. (I learnt abit too late that these are the BEST GUYS TO KNOW because you can literally create anything socially for FREE...One of my close friends ended up traveling europe for 1 month with only $100 all because the guy loved the girls my friend hung out with)

- Came across "connectors" willing to share resources...Each summer and NYE I get invites to jet-set hot spots. However, the BEST OFFER was a good friend of mine (who other OP states I probably know the crew he's talking about) each summer his crew stays in cannes with about 30 models in a villa. The thing is were talking about "men" of a different breed who simply throw around cash which the clubs love and so the club try to "connect" with the men who knows women.

There is a certain kind of promoter which aren't called promoters here in NY. They are the incognitos moving all the chess pieces along with the other "nightlife title" which STILL is under the culture of that "secret society".

If the hot girls weren't "flowing" then the whole system would collapse. However, thanks to social media now everyone can simply hop from city to city almost doing the "high end" pilgrimage.

For instance, Art Basel week EVERY YEAR for last 4 years I'd say atleast 50 people I personally know and hangout with would go down there with different groups. It would be even more weird when they take pictures saying "Look who I ran into".

Depending on the type of "hot girl" and where they're from...It almost seems to be a "pilgrimage"...
- My LA/Vegas girls tend to always do the Vegas "high season", then miami...Abit of NY for a change of pace.

If a guy or group of guys can spend 10$k in a night (I think this is how I ended up getting my own bottle of cristal) then flying 8-10 girls using a "friends" villa (that costs $45k a month to rent) for FREE isn't anything.

I for one seeing "the otherside" could never use money to navigate socially because it's completely unnecessary. If you know "women" on extreme levels then the right people will seek you out. I've heard of people walking up to my friends who were simply having dinner with 10 chicks.

My buddy got a comped party-bus from LA to Las Vegas, comped wrap around suites, free tables, free food, and I think some gambling chips (5k).

Most of these parties are for high-rollers events that you NEVER hear about. Dudes dropping mid 6 figures+ in 1 night. Celebs getting paid to attend yada yada yada.

Just to expand... One of the early extremely famous tech super-star (think IPO big $$$) has a sick NY penthouse. The connector dude was visiting NY and the dude was out of town and just gave him the keys to the place and told him to enjoy. Most people don't understand how ridiculously opulent and abundantly some of the top strata live.

This connector dude is already uber loaded from his family $, but still its just amazing.

When you swim in those ciricles, you are either uber-loaded or a hippy free-spirit like DL.
