Will heterosexual man marriage become the new game?

Interesting concept. I bet this would be an excellent way to get entry into certain countries. How would the "divorce" play out?

Via a solid prenup that includes this phrase:

"This marriage is fully open, shall not be consummated under any circumstances, and will end when one party repeats the phrase "I divorce you" three times. Furthermore we pledge to fully support each others' gaming of 8s and above except when such circumstances arise that a dry spell is occurring and 7s are acceptable."

Yeah they really need to hurry up and legalize polygamy. Then you'll be able to have one man marrying multiple men. The business / tax / immigration profiteering benefits would be numerous.

Not related to OP .....but I'm interested to see once some gay divorces start happening how assets are "divided"

This could be good ammo for the hetro males who gets taken to the cleaners in the future as a "equality" issue

I don't think it will be of much use in immigration, because the USCIS doesn't lend much weight to marriage certificates. They require much more solid proof of an actual relationship (joint accounts, travel, etc.).

This is all brand new so we are just speculating, but if you openly declare a straight heterosexual marriage, there is no fraud. And under the law everything has to be equal. They can't discriminate against us just because we are heterosexual. After all, it is same-sex marriage, not gay marriage.

Think of the green card benefits. From what I understand getting dual citizenship or multiple citizenships can be quite a pain for single guys and can take a long time.

Could we set it up so that forum guys from other countries get American citizenships and American guys can get foreign citizenships through marriage?

Women these days think they can shop for a man like they shop for a purse or a pair of shoes. Sorry ladies. It doesn't work that way.

Women are like sandwiches. All men love sandwiches. That's a given. But sandwiches are only good when they're fresh. Nobody wants a day old sandwich. The bread is all soggy and the meat is spoiled.

How hard would this really be to get around? Meet up with your buddy in another country, set up a joint account called beer and stripper funds. Travel together a few times and then get hetero-gay married. Even better if both countries have gay marriage because then you both could potentially get citizenships out of the deal. Live together in the same apartment for awhile and then divorce. Rinse and repeat.

You can't do the rinse and repeat anymore in the United States. They changed the laws and you get one chance and then it becomes much harder.

Yeah I have thought about this too. Perhaps you will start to see businesses organize themselves around "marriages" of the multiple parties involved, instead of LLC's or LLP's, etc. Perhaps a marriage may be extended even to non-human entities (ie, businesses). Consider how "Spousal privilege" could be invoked during legal proceedings in such a situation. How's that for a conspiracy!

Actually not a bad idea now that I think about it. A lot of men on this forum have asked about residency in Europe. They may find it easier to make an arrangement with a fellow forum member from Spain or France.

Just goes to show how absurd marriage is in this country. It should be mocked and taken advantage of by men at every possible turn.
But I'm not bitter or anything. ??

Yep, that is what I was thinking.

Even if they do scrutinize you, how hard would it really be to get around. Put together a joint bank account and call it beer money, grocery money, and rent. Put together a form showing that the bro immigrating will pay reduced rent in exchange for doing the grocery shopping, 60% of the cleaning, and 80% of the cooking with an itemized schedule. Marry and immigrate, live as room mates and wingmen for three or four months in Europe or South America or something.

Then move to the USA and reverse the living schedule giving your new bro-husband reduced rent in exchange for doing some grocery shopping and cooking. He ends up with American citizenship after living in America for a few months or how ever long and you end up with foreign citizenship in his country and you both get a long vacation and gaming.

Hell, even if they only allow one or two marriage visas and divorces, like one poster said up stream, then simply wait for poly-marriage to become legal here in America, and other countries too, and you and your bro-husband can marry another forum member who wants American/other citizenship who lives in a country that you and your bro-husband want citizenship in.

I wonder how many citizenships you could collect in this matter over the course of five or six years? Lol.

Mitt, is that you? I predicted you would do this (see my response 3 posts upthread).

I'll vote for you in the future if you let me in on a poly-marriage with your LLC.
