For those lucky enough to have/had a dad, yes. Fortunately, I have an uncle that's been like a dad to me and couldn't foresee any scenario where I'd raise my fist in anger at him. It pains me to see him grow old.

As far as my actual father goes, he was an abusive drunk. If he wasn't dead, I would have taken great pleasure in taking him on and having a smile on my face while doing it.
