Hi, I'm a 16 year old high school junior and I'm questing for some advice on
this girl I like at school. Well she is one of those 'popular' girls and my
crush on her started last year and I never got the courage to tell her how I
felt. Sadly, my friends decided to make the move for me and I'm guessing this
wasn't the best look for me. After a while, I gathered up some courage and
decided to talk to her and tell her what the whole deal was about. I told her
that she was cute and I was kinda scared to talk to her. Her reaction was very
pleasing as she smiled and told me that she is a very easy person to talk to and
I shouldn't be scared. She also knew that I rapped and requested that I rap a
love song for her-I did so and she said it was amazing. After chatting a little,
class ended and once in a while said hi to her in the hallways. Later on I
decided that it was time to get her phone number and she willingly gave it to me
with a smile and all that good stuff. Later that night I decided to text a
'hey' and I got one back but she did not reply right after I said
'what's up'. After the non reply, I decided to give up and not try to talk
to her. Now Rarely when we talk she usually has this smile on her face and
gives me complements like "you're amazing" etc. I still really like her
but I don't know how to make a second move after the first one failed. Can you
give me some advice on what to do?
