Lets say you know you are going to be having a particularly vigorous sex session within the next 24-48 hours. Maybe a fuck buddy is back in town or you have a sure thing coming over. Is there anything special you do to build up some extra stamina or energy beforehand?
I am wondering what the best way to prepare for a mammoth session is:
- Certain foods?

Pre-hydration with water.

Seriously now. By all means, I'm not trolling your thread and I just want to share something:
A while ago I heard that pineapple juice makes semen taste good. I have a girl I hook up with once in a while and she always swallow it. Then I thought: She's the one I will run the testing.

A bought a bottle of L-Arginine for enhancement purposes, but haven't seen any differences. Maybe a few grams at a time will do the trick.
ACV definitely helps improve erections, though I wouldn't drink that stuff right before a girl comes over.
