I'm not surprised by this and suspected it all along.

The more I study people, the more I realize we still have one foot in the jungle. I've known from a young age that nearly every girl has her price.

Where I grew up, I witnessed junkies who I knew were whoring themselves out for drugs. They'd have a certain look in their eyes that I've never forgotten.
