Since nobody replied I said to myself 'fuck it I will buy it and see for myself'. I bought the powder but I'm having trouble to consume it. I poured some sweet juice over the powder but a lot of it was left at the bottom of my cup. I tried dissolving it in water but I got the same result. As far as taste goes it's not as bad as people say. Mango juice is enough to mask the taste but I still don't know how to fully consume that thing.

A lot the things you asked were discussed earlier in the thread if you had bothered to read it. The varieties I have tried did not smell bad at all, but contributed a mildly unpleasant texture to my drink. It had a significant effect reducing seasonal allergies.

I've been taking the tablet form throughout winter. about 1500mg daily, I think it's contributed to an improvement on my immune system compared to previous winters.
