Super Plasma Protein

A few days ago I was reading up on some of Frank Zane's (Mr. Olympia 1977-79, probably the most aesthetic bodybuilder of all time) training and conditioning and came across this article:

http://www.evolutionary.org/the-frank-za...ids-cycle/

What most intrigued me was this paragraph:

Quote:Quote:

Another “secret” of some of the top bodybuilders on the Venice beach crowd such as Frank, Arnold, Sergio and Chuck Sipes was the use of “injectable amino acids.” This was essentially a form of purified collagen protein. By injecting in directly into the bloodstream there was no digestive process and the body utilized all of the aminos. This resulted in extraordinarily rapid gains. The only thing comparable today would be super plasma protein, which also requires no digestion since the peptides are already in the molecular structure that is present in the bloodstream, therefore it’s immediately recognized. This equates to “instant muscle” and it probably the most overlooked advantage to increased gains than any other substance besides steroids themselves.

I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with super plasma protein? If you are, how did you incorporate it into your overall training and how would you say it worked in improving your physique?

NO.
Eat some eggs (6-12 per day is what I do). Also a balanced natural whole food diet with plenty of greens, fruit, and vegetables. Don't waste money on powdered food and bullshit pills and supplements. They are all completely unnecessary and in many cases counter productive/harmful. Train hard. Get big. 99% of people you see in the gym aren't even close to their natural genetic limit and therefore the utility of something like injecting protein directly into their body is zero.
If you want something extra, after a significant amount of natural training, do a basic test cycle (500mg PW @ 10 weeks).
Weird injections and multi compound cycles make no sense unless you are a professional.
Also professional bodybuilding has gotten ridiculous. The top guys use enough insulin and growth hormone (in addition to massive doses of a half dozen injectable and oral steroids stacked together) that they could grow a second person. They have distended bellies because high doses of HGH increase the size of your internal organs - fun fun!! It's called "growth gut."

They hold it in, but it pops out quickly during some certain poses. If you look for it you can see it, but the camera shots always capture it best. After the shows when they release their guts it pops out like that. Shit is gross.

Isn't injecting any sort of foreign amino acid chain into your bloodstream a good way to develop a severe allergy?
