Do you shower at the gym?

At my gym I would say two-thirds of the guys who workout there will also shower there. I do too. Though I will look into flip flops/sandals to protect my feet.

I always shower at the gym. I guess it's a carryover from playing hockey back in the day where everyone did it.

I also workout right before work, so it's necessary.

Some weirdo shit on my feet as of late. Now I an second guessing my shower routines at the gym. :/

Sandals I need to wear but what are a good pair?

I don't like how they sit wet in my locker, almost seems counter productive. I use the towel once my body is dry on my feet, then the towel that touches the dirty floor and wipes the dirt off my feet ( the clean side of the towel tbat didnt hit the floor of course) is supposed to dry off my sandals??

Don't lie Quintus, we all know you wear Roman gladiator sandals in the showers and that's why you don't get athletes foot.

I have to shower since I go right back to work. I can't stand the old guys walking around naked. Totally homo comment, but if you're flabby and nasty cover up. Straight up disgusting.

Hilariously people stare at me because my shower flip flops make that squeak. No one at my gym wears flip flops. Jokes on those fools.

The one time in the locker room I put my feet onto the carpet without flip flops for at least 10 seconds I get athletes foot. I have an anti fungal foot powder that I proactively put on to my feet now to avoid any stupid fungus' attempt to grow.

Anyway, I think taking a shower is a great way to boost your motivation when you see how you stack up against other local guys, while simultaneously making you more confident in your own skin while being around other men (no homo).

You are massively overthinking this. [Image: tard.gif]

THIS. What an inane and neurotic topic. Unless you're a competitive bodybuilder, taking a shower with the intent of comparing yourself to other dudes, especially in the gym locker room is absurd.

Sure, sizing up happens...OP is just taking it to next-level weirdness.

Don't meat-gaze, bro.
