I havent seen the movie or read the book but from what I've read, this story isn't actually about BDSM. Its about a woman changing a man (of course) from bad to good. Which is the deepest female fantasy there is of course, even though once they change them they don't want them.

I went to see the movie last Tuesday with a regular fwb. Literally two lines into it, she leans over and says "I am SO sorry..."
