Guess OP was a troll but let me take a hack at it. If you have a legit micropeen, then you can try PE, but who knows if it works, and if does you'll still have a small one throughout it and the end anyway. There are two solutions:

1) Game like any other guy and replace inhibiting insecurity with detached acceptance. Accept that after you get sex from them once, most girls will not return for seconds. Accept that you will have to go through many such girls before you find one who doesn't care as much and will stick around. Accept that even her sticking around may be limited. Hopefully you can derive satisfaction from whatever you get in this way. It is better than nothing.
