Just asking this out of curiosity as I'm 44 yrs in january,but keep getting told I look 32-35 which has to be good.

Same. I'm 32 but constantly told 26 and sometimes even younger.

Never did drugs in my youth, although in the last 6 months I finally tried pot. Never had alcohol before 21 and even after didn't really drink much. I didn't go out to bars/clubs until about 2 years ago so that helped.

I think men have the advantage that even if you abuse your body some, it won't age you like crazy. Women on the other hand can look like the cryptkeeper at 32 with lots of drinking and drugs.

I'm about to turn 41.

Truth is every guy over 35 says he looks 10 years younger. Maybe we do, maybe we don't.

The things that matter are our energy levels and the age of the women we can still pull.

I'm doing OK but health and grooming take more effort than they used to.

I just decided to go with the 10 day stubble look, so I don't know what that will do. I always seem to get more numbers and dates when I'm working the stubble though.

I'm 37 and I'm probably an interesting case with this, because I have youthful features, am in good shape, but have some sun damage on my face that makes me look older. People are as likely to guess mid twenties as they are to guess forty. Without the sun damage, I would be getting carded constantly. All that being said, I'm not the kind of guy who young girls call "old" and I don't think I'll ever be.

I'm 28 and with my beard I get guesses from 25 - 30.
Before I grew my beard last year I got low 20's which is half the reason I grew it. I'll go with looking younger when I'm actually older.

That all being said I take care of myself. Work out, eat well, don't drink much, never smoked or did drugs, get enough sleep, work inside and always moisturize and wear sunscreen.
Invest now so I've got my youthful looks for as long as possible :-D

I completely agree. I've never smoked or tried drugs, I don't drink often, I'm very mindful about what I eat, and I make sure that I always apply sunscreen before walking outside.

I'm in my mid 20s, but people usually say that I look around 18 - 21.

43 y/o. When I approach college girls during daytime they ask me what college I go to lol. Especially if I wear a baseball cap.

I don't think I look that young. I have bags under my eye. My brother is 1 year older he's got better skin than me, no bags under his eyes, he didn't drink as much as I did. Unfortunately he got the bald gene. Anyways, if you have allergies get that treated. I think that was the biggest cause my under eye bags.

This is a picture of Donnie Yen at 47. That's my goal. Try to look like him at 47. Stay at that condition until I am 50. After that hopefully it'll be a very gradual downhill until I am 65+

Most girls do not believe my age when I tell them I am end 30s. They have to ask twice and even then they sometimes do not believe it - reason is likely because they have these pre-conceived notions of what the average guy my age looks like.

If the girl is smart, she can still find out how old every guy is, since there are some signs that you can hardly hide. But the thing is this - if you look rather young and in shape, then you have the youthful look and even a 19yo is not ashamed to be seen in public with you even if she got a head-full of asstortative mating propaganda.

I have met enough guys in their late 40s and early 50s, who still were able to pull women in their 20s to know that it is possible. But the thing is this:
With rising age you need to improve your diet and workout ever more - the older you get, the better your lifestyle must be.

Also there are other measures like smart supplements and yoga & meditation which even conventional medicine admits helps in slowing the aging of the body.

Genetics certainly plays a role as well as race - here Blacks and Asians can have an advantage, as I saw personally some guys in their 50s, who would pass for 30.

23 and I look around that age, maybe slightly older. I spend a lot of time in the sun without sunscreen (because sunscreen causes acne) which is kind of sacrificing the future for the present. I have a glowing tan right now but not sure how it will effect my skin in the future.

Just curious- what order would you guys put these in terms of effect on aging?

If youre in your late 20`s and look 18-20 it can actually be a very bad thing, best thing to do besides growing a beard and keep it, would be not just to hit the gym but to bulk up to close to 200.

When youre old and try to look younger it would be best to get your bf as low as possible.

A lot of girls dont even let you get two words out of your mouth because of their age range preference and your perceived age, in fact they can even get offended that you try to go for them.

I'm also just over 40, I'm pretty slim, in reasonable shape and have a good diet, occasionally lift, but need to step it up.
I guess I could get away with early 30s, especially in a nightclub/bar situation with the lights down low.
Even in broad daylight, I reckon I pass for mid 30s at most. Not that most women care, in my experience.
If you present yourself as a guy who looks after himself, is confident, interesting and in control, with the ability to tell a story in a witty way, most women, regardless of age, will be open to an initial conversation at least.
