I have made beer at home and also told this to girls. I dont really see any reasons why you shouldnt tell about it. You can ask them to come to your house to taste your product.

Few girls will care that you made it, but they will appreciate the free beer. Home brewing is not a panty-moistening activity. That said, do what you like. Just don't expect bitches to lust after you because of it.
