Barcelona if you want to work in Europe afterwards, UCLA if you want to work in the US.
Job placement in Spain is pretty horrible at the moment. I'd pick UCLA.

I am in Barca now. It is a awesome city. I also lived in LA. They are completely different. LA is a great city if you have money or a friends that know what parties to go to. It is a VERY clickey area. But you will be in school and you will meet people very easily in school. Barcelona is party party party. The main problem with Barca is the Language. If you don't know Spanish and then on top of that Catalan, then it is difficult. But again you will be in school and will find people there to meet. If you are thinking about coming to Barcelona and learning Spanish it is the most difficult place on earth to learn Spanish. Everyone talks in Catalan unless you go to a restaurant or a place that people from Latin America are working there. They ALL understand Spanish but try as hard as possible not to speak it. Both places are very different. Barca you can walk or take the metro anyplace within 15-30 min. LA you need a car to get anywhere and with the traffic it can take up to a min of 1hr to go anywhere. Both places have hot hot girls. But both places have a lot of stuck up chicks. UCLA is a much better school and if you want to get a job in the USA after then UCLA would be the best and since you already speak English you may find it easier in LA, plus LA has a large Arab community.... but try and mix with everyone or you'll be stuck at Persian clubs every weekend..... Not confuse you more Barca is a very very fun place. Best thing to do if you have the money is spend a week in a hostel in both cities. You may hate one of them and love another.

UCLA is a fucking joke and only good if you want to work on the American West Coast in venture capital or entertainment.
I'd go for Barcelona as its open doors for most European cities, assuming you get into ESADE or IESE.
