The one thing I know for a fact from living here for the past 7 years is that it's definitely better than SF if you are talking sausage fest. Get a hook up in the rave scene or with people in my age range 18-22 and I guarantee it won't be a sausage fest. I bet he goes to the shittier clubs like Kryptonite(cheap drinks though). Even in the places that are sausage fests most of the guys on here could clean house fast as the competition is close to nothing. A lot of pussies don't approach period or until they are pitch black drunk. Also don't make assumptions about a place simply because one person says so. Especially by the tone of your post saying that you personally have never been here. Myself and the forum members here in Houston disagree with you on that.

Africa and Southeast Asia have the thinnest women in the world. If you can't travel regularly to those places, then you need to hang out in those communities in the US. That would likely be NYC, Washington DC, LA, SF, Chicago, and Minnesota.
Going out of your way to not include certain sections of the South......totally not offended or anything. Adding onto this list Houston, Austin, Dallas, Tampa, and Miami are also good. Contrary to popular opinion the young girls in the TX can be quite skinny with the gym fad these days here. Though the ones 28+ tend to balloon up/become chubby. Austin has the best selection during the school year(though sausage fears are becoming more common. Houston has better comsistency year around though the selection is lower than Austin during school time(during the school year Lubbock and Collegestation are good too since they are college towns in the middle of bumfuck nowhere where all people are left to do is get drunk and fuck). Dallas can sweep up the leftovers kidding. Dallas is similar to Houston in terms of quality it's just city layout preference. Dallas is more suburbs while Houston is more like LA.
My best friend works in Houston and says it is a complete sausagefest for the most part. The nice areas of the city have skinny girls, but that is it.
If you come to Houston from SF, then you will think Houston is good. If you come to Houston after spending your college years in NYC (like my friend), then your opinions on Houston will be much different.
If the city works for you, then that's all that matters.
