said with a slightly disapproving tone
"Oh, so why did you X."
Where X could be her college major, language she studied, job she took, etc.
This will often get them qualifying themselves and if it doesn't then your response to whatever she says should be why you thought Y would be better or more suitable for her. Then she'll start qualifying herself.
You can even mix it up with a joke or soft neg at this point.
you: "Oh, so why did you study philosophy."
her: "yada, yada, yada" - she qualifies herself
you: "Wow, I figured you weren't that bright, I would have assumed you majored in home economics or something." -joking tone of course
her: "ha ha ha, yada, yada, yada" - probably qualify herself more
you: "Seriously though, my cousin studied philosophy and couldn't find a job so now he's doing gay porn."
her: "ha ha ha, yada, yada, yada"
I've got the dick so I make the rules.

"Sounds like a projection." is a powerful one if she tried to make you qualify to her.
It disarms most accusations and puts her in a defensive state. It's hilarious how many girls will actually try to project their insecurities onto you just because they want to sniff out weak men and find someone who will tame their emotional chaos and be their master.

I'd second what Parlay said. Just tease the hell out of them.
Personally I like to use, "Is that what you ask all the little boys?" with a laugh/smirk. Or some variation of that..."Do you always use that on little boys to get attention." Again, in a sarcastic/fun tone. But it works because it turns it around on them. They realize quickly you're not some regular dude who's happy to jump on all of their shit test with glee. Granted I'm older (31), so this works even better at my age with girls in their early/mid 20's.
An example of using "bratty little sister game" is to say to them..."ahh I remember my first (whatever)." Or pinch their cheek, laugh and say "that's so adorable you'd think that." Use that after building a little comfort however, and gauge the situation.
