Girls don't speak Spanish in South America. Learn latin. Thus the terminology "Latin America." Next semester take reading comprehension. It's useful. Especially in English.

It depends what you mean by South America. I know many people who think anything south of Mexico as South America. I'm sure with all the people who speak dutch and french down there it makes it hard to believe that they actually have spanish speaking countries down there but they do.

I'd go with Spanish and Russian. Not knowing Portuguese leaves out Brasil but being able to speak Russian opens up many doors in EE and a few of the "stans".

LMFAO.

In my opinion Spanish is your best choice as a second language, go for it.
