That will be my first post here. Little bit about me my background - I'm 21 and study at good university in Central Europe. I've never been to any of the three cities mentioned, but based on info form this forum, I'd go to Taipei. Read through the Taipei trip reports and data sheets and I think it'll give you a good idea of what to expect.

1. There are almost no latinas / black chicks in Taipei or Seoul. The ones you meet are pretty insular and you will see them hang out in their little "latin cliques". I cannot comment on Shanghai. May be a bit better just due to a numbers game

2. No. What you read on this forum is are SEA girls being "easy" (and if you take out the cupid sites and DIA, quality girls are pretty normal in terms of difficulty). Neither of these three cities are 3rd world. Sadly the ones you list are probably among the least in terms of white god factor. I'd say shanghai is the best place to have a more of of a white god factor, the other two cities can be described as a little xenophobic.

3. Very few fake tits and ass in Taipei. A lot more probable in S. Korea with the commoners. Can't comment on Shanghai.

4. All pretty flat. If you want curves, came to the wrong part of the world. If push came to shove, would have to say taipei by a slight edge. Not saying much.
