Irish- I think that I changed up nearly everything: fashion, style, body language, dialogues, disposition, confidence.. I can't think of one aspect of game that I haven't made changes in. I'm also ver active on this forum and have taken in a lot of it's mojo by going out trying the stuff we talk about.

I'm tirelessly refining my game. Persistence is key.

I have no clue how many new notches I had this year as I was hammered for a good deal of it and stopped tracking numbers about 6 or 7 years ago. 15? 20? Not sure. Could have been more but either way a lot of them were pretty low-quality. I also saw some pretty rough dry spells. Went through some heavy drinking and some depression here and there -as well as being broke. And I had gotten really out of shape by the end of summer. None of that is exactly attractive for a guy past 30. lol

Gaming sober is a whole new ballgame for me and is taking some adjusting - at first I just focused on myself and my workout but now I've been getting out and about again but it is has been slow going. 2014 is going to be a year to focus on my game.

This will be the first time I've ever made a conscious effort to get better than what I just developed naturally so it should be fun. A challenge though because being the fun-loving partier was so much of my personality and lifestyle, but fortunately, I'm looking a lot better now and am definitely getting stronger responses from women in a variety of situations based on that alone.

I will be focusing more on quality than quantity though. I've been with enough women (at least by my own standards, which is all that matters) and am at a stage in my life where the numbers don't really appeal to me. I feel like I've taken enough risks with bishes I had no business sleeping with already, and for me, it's more satisfying to maintain a couple regulars and pursue good opportunities as they arise.

Less work and the sex is much better with women I'm used to, in my honest opinion. And I feel like I'm at a point in my life where I want deeper relationships and more meaningful connections with people - that doesn't mean I'm looking to get married but it does mean quickies with drunk or shallow women isn't really what I'm after.

That said, @soup Very impressive progress! I was going to ask the same question as Irishman. Motivating.

only 2 new notches. 2013 was a "disregard females, acquire currency" year for me. i lived at home and traded logistics, and therefore pussy, for savings.

the break from 2012's endless cold approaching allowed me to engage in some crucial self-reflection and to rethink my views on game and the pick up community. i also tried by hand at weightlifting. while my year-end results are quite poor - you live and learn - through this experience and my research i now have the know how to shape my body to my liking in the years to come.

on a positive note, just moved into my new place downtown on tuesday.

Thanks Soup. Do you find that writing (not just passively reading) on the forum has helped quite a lot?
Its something I want to do more of but since I am not consistently gaming (out of town working) I don't want to be spamming up the board with armchair game tactics.
