I'm headed to Vegas for the first time next week. A few questions.

I plan on booking a 2 bedroom suite with a friend. I can see lots of advantages, "after hours at my suite". Another friend says I'm gonna get laid either way, why waste the money. What's the deal w suites?

Lot's of advice on clubs on the forum but how about lounges? I need girls to be able to hear me to properly spit game. What are the best bars/lounges?

With me and several other guys going, one friend has suggested that we pretend to be a bachelor party to help hook up with bacherlorette party girls. I could see some potential downside to this. Should I go with it?

Anyone stay at Planet Hollywood? How is it?

Planet Hollywood isnt too bad and its really centrally located. Its kind of like the poor mans Hard Rock or Palms. I see a big advantage to a suite because you can get a girl up there under the guise of hanging out because theres something to actually see up there as opposed to just a bed. (think that would help put her justify going up there in her own mind)

Theres a lounge in the Bellagio called Caramel and thats right across the street from you if youre at Planet Hollywood alot of girls just pregame there though before they go to The Bank (the club in bellagio), Blush is another cool spot which is inside Wynn. Theres a bar called Parasol Up which is inside Wynn (its kind of like their circle bar) which is one of my favorite places when Im there. Theres also a new piano bar in there but Ive never been. Theres a bar called Eye Candy in the Mandalay Bay thats always really packed and is another good place to look into.

I dont think you want to pretend to be a bachelor party because whats the fake bachelor supposed to do while you guys are trying to smash the other girls unless hes playing the "final fling" angle which could either go really good or really bad.

Dude, it's Vegas, you don't need to make up stories or pretend you're something you're not. Picking up random tourist girls in Vegas is about as easy as game gets. You don't need anything fancy. Just approach.

Funny you say that PH is a poor man's Palms, the rooms and suites cost more than the Palms. At least for next weekend.

A suite has obvious advantages for entertaining multiple people, e.g., sharing a bottle of champagne or drugs.

Planet Hollywood seems noisy and confusing compared to Bellagio, Mandalay Bay, or anyplace except NYNY. On the other hand, younger women stay in cheaper places. Circus Circus is ideal to find 21-year-old hispanic immigrants with five kids. :-)

Wasnt talking about from a price standpoint meant more from a perception standpoint, my bad. The big downside to the Palms is its off the strip a little bit so any place you go from there you need to take a cab whereas with PH like I said in my first post its right smack in the middle of the strip so you can take the monorail or walk most places. I like the Palms alot more than PH but Id go with PH because it gives you more options and keeps you flexible. (While youre there go to the sandwich joint inside called "earl of sandwich" its fantastic)

Planet Hollywood is very mediocre. For a better hotels that are probably gonna be close to the same price check out the Venitian or Cesar's Palance. Though Planet Hollywood did just add on to the building, so the new part could be a bit nicer. Suites are definitely the way to go, but a girl isn't just gonna drop her panties because you have a suite (Unless maybe it's New Years Eve).

The new parts primarily just rooms, the bulk of the casino area is still in the old part. The place isnt great but its always busy and depending on what hes looking for could be more the crowd hes looking for as opposed to Caesars or The Venetian (although Im with you and Id much rather stay at The Venetian)

I agree. Half the time, the girls room will be in the same hotel where the club is at. If I was you, share one of the lesser expensive rooms with your buddy and use the rest of that money on the buffets. You don't need a sweet room to get laid, vegas or anywhere.

The Palms is sick, the only problem is it's a little ways off the strip and taxis tend to be expensive in Vegas. But I'm sure a taxi to the strip from there won't cost more than $10, and if you are with 4 guys that's only $2.50 each. I would almost go for the Palms. Planet Hollywood is really not that nice.

Got back from Vegas early this morning so I thought I'd post an update and some reviews. This was my first time in Vegas but everyone said that the place was pretty dead. It was still one of the greatest weekends ever.

Expensive suite - was not worth the money. When my friends and I would try to get girls to come party at the suite you would think we said come to my rape lair. The one girl I did bring back was so good to go that it didn't matter. No matter how nice your suite is, it will not be as nice as the club that they are currently partying in.

Limos - getting limos from club to club instead of cabs is very nice. We were a group of four guys and on Saturday we had picked up four girls so it was a nice option. There is no wait for the limos and I could see getting some action in one if you found the right girl. Price is 60 -80$.

Bottle service - It's expensive, but if you are going to do clubs it seems like the only option. Just to get in otherwise you are going to have to show up at 9 or wait for two hours in line. Also, the main club I was in on Friday was a writhing mass of sweaty douchbag if you weren't in the VIP. It was very easy to pick girls from the dance floor and bring them to VIP to have them all to yourself. Save the money from the expensive room and get the bottle service. Try to stick with one bottle and make it last. Almost every table in the VIP left at least a half bottle at the end of the night (at $600 a bottle with tip).

Lounges - if you get sick of spending the money on bottle service do the lounges. Most casinos will have at least one lounge that is like a mini dance club. These have little to no line and I thought were fine.

Hookers - I think that it's easy to start seeing hookers around every corner and it keeps you from approaching otherwise perfect targets. Some girls we thought were hookers were tourists from England and my friends banged them. I approached some very cute asian girls coming out of the Bellagio at 4AM who did turn out to be hookers. The rate appeared to be $500 and I'm not sure what you got for that. If you didn't have a problem banking hookers, that price is less than a bottle at a club. One of my friends was staying an extra night and was thinking of calling them. Instead he went out with a Playboy playmate he knows who lives in Vegas. My last text from him at 2:30AM was that he was already out 3K on the night. He should have called the hookers.

Pure at Ceasars - I got bottle service here and did get laid but there have to be better clubs. The crowd was just strange. The music was OK.

Aria - I priced the penthouse suite here which was $1050 a night for a 2200 sq ft suite with free limo to and from the airport. I passed because I was told it was back from the strip and slow. Turns out the dance club there is very popular right now. The line was a mile long and full of hot chicks. If I had been willing to pay for the bottle service ($450 just for the table with a 3 bottle minimum) I could have picked the girls I wanted out of the line and taken them to my table. That's how I got the notch at Pure. I went to the Aria lounge instead which was a nice place.

Paris - I went with Paris for the location and really I would not have gotten laid with the girl I did on Friday if I had needed a cab. The rationalization hampster required that we were only going for a walk. So Paris served it's purpose. I would not stay there again and I would not book one of their overpriced and not very nice suites. The concierge closed at 9Pm and on Saturday even when I got there before 9, they had no line passes or anything like that. The view from my suite of the strip and be Bellagio fountain was incredible but didn't help me get laid.

The Mix at The Hotel/Mandalay - This is probably the best lounge I found. I was here pretty early on Saturday and things were just starting to get going when I picked up a group of 4 college girls ranging from 7 - 9.5, perfect for my group of 4. We bounced right after that so I never saw the place at it's full potential.

First, GREAT data sheet +1 from me. But oh man, I guess I am spoiled by my age and travel experiences now. Travelling around South America, I've seen guys (including myself) with $30USD bottles of aguardiente have a whole team of 8 hot girls around them and take their pick of the litter home may times for a 3-some. However, I guess Vegas is Vegas, and American girls have come to expect that.

Still, great information...I was thinking of doing Vegas for NYE, but I don't mind spending a $$$ for a suite at the MGM Grand, but bottle service is just not my thing as I don't drink alcohol. So, I guess a suite at The MGM Grand and lounges will have to do. I like the MGM grand rooms, I've stayed there 2x, and love it.

To do things on the cheap stick to lounges and bars. I saw a lot of cute girls with Fat Teusdays drinks and I have had very good luck in that type of place before. My friends and I make pretty good money and we live in an area where the night life is cheap. We were going big and planning to spend money. Saturday I picked up girls for myself and my friends. I went around with blonde 9 22 year old on my arm and all over me on the dance floors. The eight of us were in and out of limos from casino to casino, turning heads everywhere we went, gambling, dancing, dropping hundreds like it was nothing. I felt like a fucking king. Through a lot of logistical problems, serious game errors, trying to hold all those chicks together, I didn't get laid but I did have more fun than I did on Friday when I did get laid. Friday was good in that I set a new personal record by banging a 7.5 that was 14 years younger than me.

It wasn't meant as an insult. If I were staying for more than 2 days, I would have to change up my style big time. I'll be doing things on the cheap for the next few months to make up some of what I spent this weekend and I'm sure a lot of people will think I'm an idiot for dropping all that cash. I was at the Atlantis a few months ago. I didn't gamble and I spent the whole time drinking Miller Lights and gaming tourist girls at Senior Frog's. I got more actual notches that way than by pimpin it up in Vegas.

Re: bottle service. Even if you don't drink, I assume that your friends or the girls you are talking to do. The people leaving half bottles had ordered multiple bottles. It's really a whole different experience pulling a girl behind the velvet rope and chatting her up on a creamy leather white couch. It's hard to go back to being jostled all around the club after doing that a few times.

I'm not an expert on clubs at all but that was the most expensive bottle service I've seen. The Haze/Aria thing was outragious. I don't know how my friend spent 3K, maybe he got a pimp suite. I better not give any more details on that situation because I don't know how small a world it is out there. I'll put up another on the Atlantis.

Thats how it is at any of the good clubs in Vegas XS. Tryst, Vanity, Haze (the one in Aria youre talking about), and a few others. Youre usually going to be paying around 400 a bottle and depending on how many people youre with theyll give you a 2 o 3 bottle minimum.

For those that read this in the future try to game plan EARLIER in the day. Go to the club that you want to go to earlier in the day and try to get the # of a club host. Alot of times if you throw them a hundred bucks or so theyll waive the minimum for you and also get you a buy one get one bottle special. (the second bottle is usually skyy or something shitty but its still a free bottle on top of the one you bought)

Well, like I said, I did an approach on two cute asian chicks Saturday night and they offered to fuck me for $500 so I guess they're out there. I actually took her number but I deleted it today.
