A. Quit thinking you have it so bad. Your not a special little snowflake that got shit on by the neighbors dog. I know people that have had a much harder life than you. If you keep focusing on negative shit, what do you think is going to happen?
B. Find something that makes you genuinely happy. Do it at least once every day.
