Ethnic cuisine

I know some folks here will rave about Polish women, but I'm going to rave about Polish cuisine in this topic. There is truly nothing like a good bowl of borscht with a plate of kielbasa and potatoes to fill the stomach. Of course, though, nothing will top Japanese cuisine for me. In all your travels, what country's cuisines have you liked, and why?

The Chinese food they serve tourists is pretty good.

I like miso soup and tempura.

Taco shop Mexican food is really good.

The only Indian restaurants around are expensive and the food is bland to appeal to old people with the $ to buy it.

Just about anything you get in any restaurant in Italy is good because the ingredients are fresh.

I've heard German is good but never had it.

I also really enjoyed pork knuckle/Schweinshaxe in Germany. Taste amazing, goes even better with some German beer.
