How do you make these pictures and captions? I can make some really dark humor ones for babyboomers, as well as more along the vanilla indebted students line.

I just use Photoshop, but GIMP would work just as well (and for free).
The font used is Impact with Strong.

I want to do some NSA spying memes with the Got Hope? one too. Just a little busy at the moment. Have to chip away at the optimism somehow.
