I like the first. The second is alright, I wouldn't want it in that color though. The third is a bit strange. I think I agree with BB about puting the map on the back and leaving the flag on the front. I'd also make half of them V-necks as well. What you're doing is cool though, respect.

I also like the first one... I would however like the shirt to be longer, but the same fit over the shoulders/arms.
The second ones design is cool to, I just don`t fancy that type of green. Maybe a more military green would fit the design on the chest better? Or a navy-blue to fit the skull-color? Beige?
Third one miss me, because it looks like a souvenir-shirt to be honest.
Anyway, cool to see you are producing!

The first shirt is good, nice image size, colors and it looks neat and clean. The second in my opinion is a bit too bold and colorful. I think you could improve it if the image was black and white or sepia on a black or grey colored t-shirt.
The third shirt could be improved if the map of Thailand on the front was just simply showing the land of Thailand and thus wouldn't be a square image design, or even the just the outline of the country with the route marked.
Make the design clean and simple with little to distract the eye, less is more. Also I think the type and flag should be on the back of the shirt because otherwise it could look too crowded.
Girls should be an ornament to the eye, not an ache in the ear.

The v-neck is sweet... seems like a different fit than the other ones and something I could wear on a night out...

Here's my suggestion, worth what you paid for it. Use freely.
You need

are the roads easy to walk on? surely you have to dodge cars constantly or else walk through paddy fields.

can you get it done in grey? can you get a better cotton thread count - would make it look better and more comfortable for you to wear.

I like the artwork but I dont like how it looks on the shirts.
It would be cooler if the pictures merged with the t-shirt color if that makes any sense. Maybe by setting a frame around the picture and having the shirt in a colour similar to the artwork. For instance the blue skull on a black shirt.

can you fade the edges of the image into the shirt?
that rectangle makes it look a lot like an iron on
