Only use Facebook to keep in touch with your friends. Just make sure to keep everything hidden and on private. I've shot myself in the foot a few times from girls creeping on my profile and seeing things I don't want them to see.

I've got two Facebook pages. One for my friends and social proofing raising acquaintances, and one that's the "backburner". This one includes girls abroad and local that I want to keep checks on should I pop by their place on the globe. I fill it up with old acquaintances that I really don't have any connection to and random models as padding.

Internet is very useful in each and every field. Facebook is famous and great social networking website. Its very useful in this busy life for stay touch with friends, family, play games, share photo and videos and so on.

Why are you bumping year old threads on topics that have already been extensively covered on the forums and in Roosh's blog? Furthermore, why are you providing a puzzlingly generic description of facebook?

Haha, that's a spambot posting generic content. Probably trying to drive traffic to or increase the search ranking of the link in his profile. You're demanding answers from a robot.

I know there's been many threads on facebook but none particularly on de-facebooking yourself and how that has helped/hindered your game afterwards;
I decided I was procrastinating too much on facebook to no real end, most people on there who are my "friends" are at most occassional contacts and are of little/zero value to me and the few people on there who do mean something to me, already have my contact details anyway and know where to find me
It hasn't really aided my game in any significant way, besides many of the women I know on facebook are complete attention whores with multiple beta orbiters
And to cap it all off, there's an ex of mine there who I still have some lingering one-itis issues with, so I figured it was time to unplug from the facebook world

anyone else done the same, and if so, have you found it better/worse gamewise once you've came off facebook?

I copy and pasted my POF profile into my about me, I strictly filter my friends and never friend two girls I'm gaming at the same time, I use it like an online dating profile (thats if I use it at all)

Since I've gotten out of school its become less of a big deal

I don't friend a girl on facebook until I've fucked her.

It keeps her waiting and when you finally add her it is a CONQUEST.

Not just a number.

Always swoop before adding a girl, unless you aren't going to swoop her, but then again why add her if you aren't going to swoop her?

"The onion" is a comedy channel that seems to be a secret red pill dissident revolutionary movement in disguise.

Their latest video parody of children whose entire lives are on faceook is so accurate and realistic, it's not even funny in the normal way it should be.

I think even if you're gaming girls who would find you weird for not having an online presence, Facebook isn't strictly necessary in 2018. A lot of people are primarily on Instagram/WhatsApp.

Facebook is a jewish run organisation who buy, trade, and sell the souls of real people.

Most people on it, gave away their souls (and that of their children) for free.

This should actually be a public service announcement rather than an obscure comedy video.

I don't use FB. I'm currently travelling where some Muay Thai gyms that I want to contact regarding prices, have only FB contact details.

In the past I never had a problem setting up an account under fake names. In 2019 it's a different story....

Each time I create an account, an hour later I get locked out and have to upload a photo. Ive uploaded a photo 3 times now (of people I know) on 3 different FB accounts where each time my account gets disabled. Next it asks me to upload an ID photo if I choose to query why it was disabled.

Is there a work out in 2019 to create a fake FB account.

They use machine learning now and surprise hurdles to vet new accounts.

Do it on a completely different computer that you've never used before, from a new IP address, with a new photo, too.
