I do not think living without money or possessions is the answer (even Thoreu said that living with the value of civilization is a good thing, including the pursuit of money and possessions). I think determining your value based on money and status is the problem. The key is determining your value by yourself period, regardless of how much money you make, women you fuck or countries you visit.

I agree

He should allow people with their choices of lifestyle into his life. Being vegan is a dietary choice. I would date someone even if we did not share the same dietary choices. It is more about living a healthy lifestyle and not eating terrible foods in large quantities (which would be a deal breaker for me).
