How much do you lift?

bench- 315X 3 reps (143kg)
squat- 425 /365AtG (193/166kg)
deadlift- 500 (227kg)

5'10 (177cm) 210lbs (95kg)

every male in my mother and fathers side is built like this though. My dad is in his 50's and squats 625 to depth and benches over 400.
