This chart is very, very accurate, for East Asians (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Mongolian) at least. Having spent a fair amount of time in that part of the world, it is mindblowing at first to see all the women who seem to stop aging between 16 and 45, plus or minus a few years either way. But they all, ALL, hit the wall hard with the force of a freight train in the mid-40's.
For Southeast Asians (Indian, Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, etc), it's not quite as distinct. While it can be hit or miss in any ethnic group, SE Asians tend to age more gracefully and ease into old age. Whether this has to do with the indigenous diet or the prevalence of higher melanin, can't really say.
The caveat, of course, is that lifestyle, quality of life, and health have a major affect on this. East or SE Asians who have immigrated to America, or who were born here will generally have much better diets, much higher quality of life, and access to better healthcare and fitness options, which can further delay or mitigate the effect of hitting the wall. Short of seeing a girl's mother or extended female family, you can't really know how it's going to turn out though.
