Exponentially Increase Womens' Attraction to You

Sounds like one of those cheesy commercials, but it is not.

By doing this one thing I have seen a substantial increase in the number of IOIs I get from women on a daily basis. I am actually AMAZED at the change.

It is the one thing EVERY ONE of us here has in their control. I think this is the first thing everybody should do even before they get into pick up or at the very least in parallell with pick up.

- CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE.

What do I mean by this? Eat right and exercise 5 days a week. Now, I don't mean that you need to become a muscle head or something. Here is what I have been doing.

- No sugar. This is the number one thing that will keep you looking fit, young and healthy. So, no sugar in your tea or coffee. No pop, soda, soft drinks. No desserts. No fruit juices(unless it is fresh fruit juice). I have dessert or ice cream a couple of times a month but it is not a regular part of my diet.

- Exercise. I bought a $25 pull up bar and do pull ups twice a week. Push ups twice a week. Crunches and walking a few times a week.

- Protein sources. Reduced the amount of protein from chicken and meat and replaced it with fish and beans.

- Fat Sources. Reduce the amount of vegetable fats, specifically Omega 6. We get too much omega 6 in our diet. Almost EVERY processed food or restaurant meal is high in Omega 6. Increase Omega 3. This will change your complexion. Your skin will look clearer. Your hair will look healthy and shiny.

I have lost about 10 lbs of fat doing all of this and gained some muscle, not sure how much. But, I see better muscle definition.

My face looks much leaner and masculine. I think this is the main thing that is attracting the looks. I am NOT muscular. I am more lean than anything. You don't need to join a gym and you don't need to spend a lot of money. What you need to do is dedicate half an hour a day to yourself to do this.

I have seen an exponential increase in the number of looks I get from women. I have gotten those side glances and straight up stares from girls in their teens to women in their 40s. And instead of bored looks, women light up when I talk to them.

Agreed. Everything you posted on health and fitness is DEAD ON! you don't have to look like Vin Diesel to get laid, but boy will your bangs increase exponentially if you just present yourself as someone who cares about his health and appearance. Women will appreciate and reward you for your efforts - promise!

Gaming is a tough sport; don't let something small as nit keeping in shape defeat you before you even open your mouth.

Definitely, and this does not negate the need for game. You still need to be able to approach and talk to the girl. But, it just makes it so much easier and takes out a lot of the guess work when you KNOW that she is attracted to you.

One more thing I forgot to mention, I fast one day a week. Contrary to what fitness forums and muscle heads will tell you, you WILL NOT lose muscle doing this. I have burned off a lot of fat just doing this alone. As long as you are eating right and exercising, your muscle will not go anywhere.

Yeah, it's always a good idea to work out. I've been doing p90x for 5 weeks now and been trying to be smart about the diet as well. I got this book I keep in my car called "Eat This Not That" that I refer to whenever I'm out and about to get something to eat. That way, I can still roll with friends and shit to the fast food joint or a restaurant or something, but I'll refer to that and go with one of the more healthier items on the menu. I also quit drinking soda all together.

I'm not a big dude, but I've lost 4 pounds in the past 5 weeks doing this. Chest, lats and arms are all a tad bigger, which leads to me being a little more confident and now I'm wearing shirts a little smaller than I used to in order to show the chest, lats and arms off a bit. It feels good.

I'm nowhere close to being a muscle bound dude or anything like that though. Just making a little personal improvement though...

Its pretty basic, stay off the huge carbmeals but dont go off the fat/protein meals... just made a new personal record today benching 50 kg handweights.. dedication is everything..

I dont like suggesting cutting the fat... just dont go fat and alot of carbs.. go fat/protein or protein carbs... do fishoil, flax seeds walnuts and whatever.. dont mind butter or other fats.. its not bad if you workout 5-6 times a week and eat right. I am still leaner than the roids guys and the guy on various ignorant programs, where they are doing stupid stuff because they didnt know anything about they own body in the first place..

I dont think its the fat intake reduction that its helping mostly its the carbs reducting..sucrose is a glucose and fructose dimer and fructose is poison, especially for lazy bastards, and alcohol... dont get me started [Image: biggrin.gif] lowers your testosteron, inhibits fat burning for several days, fucks up your sleep and growth hormone levels etc etc etc... is it manly? yeah according to the modern shemale/metro/emogirl wannabe trend I guess its a faster way to sexually transformation than saving for the clinic...... its the equivalent to yeast piss!

I don't want to make this a thread about diet, but to answer you quickly, I am trying to get across the point that most people need to reduce their omega 6 intake. It is way TOO HIGH. If you are eating a typical N American diet your omega 6 to omega 3 ratios are 10 to 1 or even 20 to 1. It should be ideally 1 to 1 or 2 to 1. Read about on the dangers of a diet high in omega 6. Reduce omega 6 and increase omega 3.

The point of this thread is to say that one of the MOST important things you can do to dramatically increase women being attracted to you is within your grasp and once you know what to do, it is really not that difficult at all.

Looking at some of the other PUA forums there are thousands of posts written on whether looks matter or not. But the fact is that, within 6 months the majority of guys here can change their looks to become much more attractive to women.

Ya im doing a lifestyle revamp at this time, for personal health reasons. For business im often stuck with these huge dinners with lots of booze, and i feel myself becoming more sluggish, and its hard to wake up in the mornings these days. (I used to be up at 6:30 like clockwork and bounce out of bed ready to go for my day without coffee or anything) Plus ive gained more weight then i liked.

These changes have proven very positive thus far.

Cut out all the sugary drinks. Firstly, they are addictive, so you end up drinking more of them when you want to, even diet soft drinks are pretty bad. I switched to sugarless green tea or water most of the time, but ill still have a glass of milk a day, which isnt the best for keeping slim, but also gives you lots of energy and calcium if you are cutting down on alot of meats. Also, i rarely do coffee or other caffeinated drinks.

Cut the carbs. Until i started with this massive revamp, i never realized how much carbs i eat in an average day. This is pretty much filler food. You of course should be eating carbs based off your own level of activity, but really, the average plate of pasta is something like 3 servings, and a single slice of bread is a serving according to the food guide. We tend to over eat carbs way too much and leave out the other stuff, which leads to nutritional imbalance.

Keep active. I have a terrible habit of eating when i get bored during the day or night. Took me a while to break myself of that habit. Now when im bored, i go and do 10-20 pushups or something similar, and then drink a glass of water. Its amazing how it can kill those random hunger urges.

My energy level is much higher then is was now, and i feel mostly awake when i rise from bed, and no longer feel completely drained by lunch time.

Add 'Walk around'.

The average obese person walks 2000 steps a day, the average healthy person walks 6000 steps a day.

I'd also add 'skip chronic cardio, just focus on weights. Heavy heavy weights'

I agree with everything that has been said in this thread. I would also like to add that High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a great way to lose fat along with dieting. You'll notice a significant difference in the first 3 weeks of executing routines that require high intensity such as interval sprinting and compound lifting. Also, you get done with your workout quicker and you don't have to do it as often since you need the recovery time to build up the muscle.

Let me add one more thing, guys - walk to work if you can. It's amazing how much this simple thing can help. Keeps you in great shape, no need to go to the gym on the threadmill, and in urban setting it is often not slower than driving/metroing.
Now, it's not an option for everyone, but for example in DC it was great - it took me 30-40 minutes (depending on my energy level) to get to the office every day - and when I would leave in the evening, all my colleagues would walk up to the metro stop or parking garage, and when I'd say I'd walk back home they would stare at me, like, "are you nuts"? Fat asses.
