What do you guys think about wearing flip-flops? I know Roosh hates them on girls, but I've always worn them in summertime. Especially in a warmer climate and at the beach, why torture your feet?
I just bought these for the summer, something like this should work fine for everyone, not $10 ones from a street vendor.

Before I used to have a pair from Fossil, similar style but with crosses stitched - I'm 90% sure they got me laid once or twice, because I got complimented by a girl on them!

I always do Chacos or Rainbows just because they stay on better if you hike or longboard in them. They are pretty stylish too.

Living in a tropical climate like Miami, these are a must have. However, the rule is simple: have your feet well groomed!!

Do not walk around with hairy feet, Or yellow nails. Girls are disgusted by that.

The best pants to wear with stylish sandals, are linen pants.

Top it off with a fedora hat and you are ready for swooping!

Great suggestion on Cubavera, I actually have a few shirts from them. Those that sell for $50-80 on their website can be found for $30 at the department store on sale.

I've worn Scotts since I started wearing shoes. Here's their website: http://www.scotthawaii.com/.

They stay together the best. I'm in and out of the water all day. My favorite ones I've had for 5 years, and they look the same as the day I got them.

That 3 pairs of shoes are stylish and simple for an everyday lifestyle. IT could fit on some activities like you said, mountain hiking and some other adventures.

If by "the beach" you mean also the bars, clubs, discos at the beach - then I'm with you.
The beach I hang out at most summers it's like 90 degrees daytime and 80 degrees nighttime. Can't wear Kenneth Coles there. Especially when some of the clubs have soap bubble parties often.

Beach scene = beach, beach surroundings (bar, sidewalk...)
