I have heard that same thing too. Mostly Americans saying that they are going to move to Canada. But I am not sure that it's just whites who are left-leaning. If you're gonna say something like that, just do it. It's not that hard to travel around or move if you hate America that much. I think it's like with anything else, the people who talk the most wont do anything. You should discount this by the 70x factor that Americans are retarded. This is also why they only go to Anglo countries for vacation thinking they are "seeing the world".
