Almond Milk vs Cow Milk

I've been rocking raw whole milk. Besides being delicious, supposedly has a boatload of health benefits too. Also was reading something last night how its protein is in great proportion of casein vs. whey.

Almond milk is filled with mycotoxins. Get raw goats milk if you can or don't drink any of it. You don't need it.

Almond Milk vs Cow Milk

This time last year I stopped consuming pretty much all dairy, and this included switching to almond milk.
I shed body fat quickly, but I can't say it was simply the dairy because I made a lot of diet changes around the same time.
However, I have since gone back to drinking cow's milk, but not the same cow's milk I was always drinking (supermarket brand 2%). The milk I drink now is always grass-fed whole organic milk. A half gallon lasts me about a week.
Still eat a ton of almonds, all the time.
Who knows what I'll think, in six months time, about the diet I maintain today. All I know is that right now, I'd consider myself to be in my best form, ever, and there is only room for improvement.

I have tried it, since I have a mild reaction to dairy. Not really lactose -intolerant, just that dairy causes mucous and somewhat swollen sinuses. But not bad enough to stop eating cheese, which I love.
The almond milk you get in aseptic packaging (tetra-pak) tastes disgusting. I'm convinced the liquid has absorbed the molecules of the cardboard container, though I know logically this is impossible, considering the number of different layers of material between the liquid and the cardboard layer in aseptic packaging. In other words it tastes vile - like liquefied cardboard. I have previously made my own almond milk, which was much better. As far as mycotoxins are concerned: Soak the almonds overnight before blending them. Will help a bit. Even better actually sprout them, though this will take several days. It may also be difficult, or even impossible, depending on how the almonds have been processed before you bought them.

I do both.
I like dairy in the winter and fall for some reason. I love cheese in my omelettes in the winter, etc.
Then, in the spring and summer I get off most of the dairy and use a little rice, almond, or grain milk if I need to.
Like Slubu said, Raw Milk is the way to go.
I want to try some goat milk and stuff like that.
