This thread has been a huge help to me, so here's my update.
Backstory:Consistent porn use since I was a teen had basically ruined my sex drive by the time I was in my early 20s. I could get hard with porn, or if a naked girl was blowing me after I hadn't jerked it for a week, but otherwise my libido was basically non-existent.
(For the record, I'm white, mid 20s, very healthy in all other respects [I lift regularly, walk everyday, cook all my own meals, paleo/low-carb 95% of the time, drink a few glasses of red wine each week]. I had my T levels checked as soon as I found NoFap, just to be sure the issue wasn't physiological, and I was actually a bit above average. My experiences since have convinced me that porn was indeed the problem.)
Once I discovered NoFap, I immediately recognized all my symptoms and gave it a shot. I managed 75 days without masturbation/orgasm, but more importantly went 8 months without porn. I slowly went from never being hard, to getting consistent morning wood, to finally being able to become aroused by looking at/touching/kissing a girl, instead of only through blowjobs.
Due to an extended dry spell and an alcohol binge, I fell off the wagon one night back in October. I woke up the next morning knowing I had taken a few steps back: no morning wood, increased lethargy, all the same symptoms from back when I was a daily porn user.
Fortunately, I've cut that shit out for good now (seeing how quickly my body reverted back to its previous condition finally cemented in me the importance of a zero-tolerance porn viewing policy) and it only took a couple weeks for me to get back to normal. But, shortly after my incident I had no idea how long it was going to take to recover-I was afraid it would take as long as it had the first time-and I wasn't willing to go so long without a functioning penis again. So I decided to order some dick pills.
Review: I placed an online order with ClearSky for a 20 count of both 20 mg Tadacip (generic Cialis) and 20 mg Vardenafil (generic Levitra). Total cost for the 40 pills came out to $74 before shipping. I paid for express shipping ($30) and received my package 10 days after I had placed the order. It was held in NYC customs for three days which worried me, but I didn't receive any communications or anything and the package appeared undisturbed. I was very happy with the company and website and will definitely use them again in the future if I decide to reorder.
I've used the Tadacip about ten times now and I like it so much I haven't even tried the Vardenafil. I take each Tadacip tablet and split it into quarters, taking about 5 mg per dose (they're teardrop-shaped so I don't always get perfectly even quarters, but generally get the same effect each time). This has been more than enough, and makes the order VERY affordable (if you exclude shipping, it amounts to less than $0.50/dose).
I had heard about Cialis being the "weekend warrior," so I haven't bothered trying to time the dose close to sex. I just take it before dinner on the night I'm planning to go out, and it lasts all the way through the next morning at least (the chemical half-life is 17.5 hours, compared to 4-5 hours for Levitra and Viagra). I've had next-day morning sex where it's definitely in effect, although I haven't tried seeing if it's still going 36-48 hours later.
The effect itself is interesting. It doesn't get your dick hard on its own; you have to be mentally aroused for it to go to work (it does this by increasing the amount of a compound which helps to increase blood flow to the penis). So I can take it and not get hard for hours afterward. However, the minute I'm turned on-usually all it takes is touching a girl, kissing does the trick 99% of the time-I'm hard as a rock.
A few other notes concerning the effect:
Positives:
-Once I'm hard, I'm hard as long as I'm turned on. When it's just me, I often get excited during kissing/foreplay, but then I'll lose my erection if things don't escalate, only getting hard again once clothes start coming off or things otherwise begin to heat up. With the Tadacip, I'm hard once we start getting intimate and I generally stay hard until we stop or I cum.
-The refraction period is greatly lessened. Depending on the position, I can nut in a girl and then just keep pounding without losing stamina. This would never happen on my own. Generally, I take 8-10 minutes to recharge, but on Tadacip it's more like 2-5.
-Alcohol doesn't seem to have much of an effect at all on the drug's effectiveness. I usually get BAD whiskey dick, to the point where a glass of wine right before sex can throw me off, but this hasn't been a problem with Tadacip. Last night I had three glasses in two hours and was able to fuck for about hour (three sessions, would've gone at least another round but her pussy couldn't take any more

Negatives:
-The only negative side effect I've experienced is a stuffy nose (likely as a consequence of general vasodilation), generally post-sex but it can also come on at random times. It's never that bad though, the only time it bothers me is if I'm about to go to sleep, and in that case I just snort a bit of Afrin. I'd say this occurs maybe 50% of the time.
-This is more of a double-edged sword deal than a true negative, but this stuff is addictive (psychologically, not literally/physiologically). The negation of whiskey dick alone is enough to make me want to take it every time I hit the bars. I love the feeling of knowing that if I bring a girl back I'll absolutely destroy her, it's a huge confidence boost. And while the girl I've recently started fucking thinks I'm a sex god, she's never seen what I'm like without the drug-I imagine it would be a bummer to make such an amazing first impression, only to regress to the point where I'm fucking half as long as she's used to.
Conclusion: All in all, Tadacip gets an A+ from me. I'll probably continue to use it until my supply runs out; that should be more than enough time to recover from any lingering porn issues, and after that I suppose I really ought to make more of an effort to get better at sex itself instead of relying on drugs to do all the heavy lifting. But for anyone else who's been crippled by porn, or just needs to get themselves back in the game, Tadacip provides a cheap, easy, discreet solution, even if it's only as metaphorical training wheels until you get back on your feet.
