I always, always monitored my caffeine intake on a day when I was going to take a viagra or anything else. It wasn't a good mix when I took a V on the same day as taking lots of caffeine.

And it was always better for me to eat before taking viagra. I didn't take it right after food - I waited an hour or a bit longer. The food never really interfered with the pill.

loads of prescription meds are not to be mixed with grapefruit juice, that's not exclusive to cialis. Grapefruits have a compound that alters the metabolism of certain drugs making them more bioavailable.

To the guys saying you get headaches, it was definitely dosage. If you're an otherwise healthy dude, you should NOT be popping an entire Cialis or Viagra. I can take a quarter of a Cialas on a Friday and be good all weekend long on command. If I take more than half a pill, I also get pounding headaches, congestion, and a faster than normal heart rate. Cut the dosage way down and see if that helps.

none that I could recommend, never looked into it actually, just remember when I was in thailand and grabbing some cialis the pharmacy guy said the sprays make it more fun but I was having good fun as is, so didn't bother. how bad is your problem. Do you suffer from pe or you just want to go longer...I dont have any issues in that regard and took 30mg and will cut the dose in half the next time I decide to use it. It was way too strong for my needs, I felt numb at that...it's really individual, 30mg is a standard beginner dose for someone with pe with 60mg being a strong dose so you really shouldn't need a full 90. Go with whatevers cheapest but you might end up having to split the 90 up into quarters so get a good pill splitter if you go that route.
