I've decided to go to Cuba in the next couple weeks. Just wondering if there are any Americans on here that have experience traveling to Cuba? I've been doing a lot of research but still have some questions.

I know a dude who went around 2003ish, when he got back to the States the feds knew he went and fined him like $15,000 or something ridicluous.
