Companies should have 3 women directors or face delisting
Let's say a spot opens up on the board of a company and the most qualified candidate is a female. Obviously, they would not pick her and risk the company's performance because rich white men hate women so much. That's why so few women serve on corporate boards in Ontario. Fight the patriarchy!
