How do I edit posts?

I just joined yesterday and whenever I try to edit a post, I click on EDIT but nothing happens. But I've seen other newcomers from yesterday modify their posts. What am I not doing right?

The thing is, I can't edit at all. Not even after a few seconds.

Try using a different browser. Firefox, opera, chrome, etc.
